  This bank closes for almost anything if it’s to windy if it’s raining if there’s clouds out every single Friday Iv come to cash a check they are closed for no reason whatsoever if you want reliability I’d bank elsewhere

  I have been a member of Millbury Federal Credit Union for many years. I usually frequent the Grafton branch for most of my banking needs and have always found the employees extremely helpful and honest.

  Stopped in for an ATM withdrawal. I wanted to exchange the 20's it gave me for a $100 dollar bill to put in a graduation card. They wouldn't do it because I didn't have an account. Sorry, I don't find that to be good customer sevice. What a ridiculous rule!!

  I've been banking here for years. Don't go in the branch much, been when I do, everyone always is friendly and quick to offer assistance. Great experience getting my car loan. One thing, looked online for information on safety deposit boxes and saw nothing posted. Had to call branch to find out which locations had boxes and prices. Should be able to get this on website instead making phone call. Small matter though.

  I wish I had never gotten my car loan through them. Can’t wait to pay it off and never have to deal with their employees or shoddy online services again.

  the absolute worst place to go to for banking. people are awfully rude! especially the abby woman! closed all of my accounts within a year of being a member I do not recommend this bank to anyone!!!!

  Do not get a loan from them. They are the worst bank with terrible customer service and communication I cant wait to refinance with another bank!!

  Small town credit union. Free checking is actually free. They don't gouge you with fees for every little thing.
