  Ashley provides outstanding customer service for her banking clients. She’s always accessible and is very focused on finding the right product for her clients needs. As a Realtor, I’ve referred a number of satisfied clients for home equity line of credits (HELOC’s), construction loans, and land and home financing. Also, I’ve recently opened a Kasasa checking account at MNB that is superior to every other personal checking account, since it pays high interest plus refunds on ATM withdrawal fees.

  Two representatives were buying everybody lunch at Subway in Millbury today, I don’t live in the area (I work in Millbury) but it has me considering switching banks anyways. Really really nice people doing random acts of kindness in today’s crazy world. Love it.

  Ashley Marcum has been instrumental in the implementing of the online banking feature at Millbury National Bank. She is so knowledgeable about all the accounts and all, but her greatest asset is her “can do” spirit on the customer side. It really helps to have local decision making control with a team that is on the same page. Great team work there, they help so many small businesses and residents alike. Great work Ashley!

  HOME TOWN BANKING AT ITS BEST. I have had several accounts here since 1988. That statement speaks for its self. From Nancy Day greeting me at the window and Kelly Lawson and all the other employees that greet me with a hello and a smile,it's the little things you do not get at a big national branch bank. From a very well received bottle of hand sanitizer when they were so scarce to the fresh bag of popcorn to the thankyou and have a great day after each transaction. They updated to the latest online banking with all the best current technology. The Kassasa account is on my sights for the next 10 years. Hats off to MNB!
