  My wife and I would strongly recommend Mike to anyone contemplating buying or selling a property. After +8 years in our first home (that Mike helped get us into) and a growing family he was able to help us land our forever home. Due to the strict criteria in our search and the market environment - we could not have made Mike's task more difficult. Mike's patience, flexibility, responsiveness, market knowledge and resources helped make the entire process of buying and selling as seamless as possible. Mike continues to go above and beyond for his clients!

  Mike is the ultimate professional. We had not been through this process of selling a home in a very long time. He walked us through every step and helped us think about things that were not on our radar to help us sell our home quickly.   I would recommend Mike to anyone looking to make a move. Mike helped my son find his first home and now helped my husband and my downsize and find a perfect townhome. We had lived in our dream home for 35 years, we did not make it easy for Mike to find our new home. He had so much patience finding our perfect new home . He so easy work no matter what stage you are at.

  Mike couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable and friendly during my home search.   Mike is an excellent realtor who goes above and beyond for his clients. He has great attention to detail and knows the market well. He helped our nephew find the perfect first home.   We have worked with Mike on four occasions and he will remain our go-to person for all things Real Estate. If you want to have professional / ethical representation, Mike is your realtor. He stays current with the tools that are needed to move property when you are selling - and was willing to tour properties without us to save time when we were on the buying side! It was important on our last home to remove all the furniture before listing and Mike was able to virtually insert furniture to help potential buyers understand the size of each room and visualize how they would furnish and use the space. Because Mike is exceptional with detail, once the home is sold - the project is complete and you never need to be concerned about something coming up in the future about title / equipment failure / disclosure etc. We also appreciated the networking that Mike has done over the years to make our process of repairs and downsizing as seamless as possible.
