  Since I've been a banking customer for the last few years I am constantly greeted with the same smiling faces every time I enter this location. The employees seem to be efficient in dealing with all customer's while still giving me the personalized attention that I really appreciate. It is very comforting to know that my financial needs are handled so systematically, with these trusting professionals. These people really care. Thank you!

  The rudest individual I have ever met in my life working the drive-up window January 10th 11:45 a.m. I have Bank at this bank for a long time, the imperial branch is "awful" and I will never go to this Branch again. I have banked with Midwest Bank for many years.

  Always major mistakes and the manager acts like she could care less. Very high turnover at this locations I go to Richardson Road. 100 times better
