  Nick and his team were extremely helpful and very thorough during my home buying process. I was a first time home buyer, and they took great care of me and my family. I have since referred him to a few friends who have bought their homes through Guild Mortgage company, and we are all very happy with his services. We highly recommend him and his team to anyone who is in the market to buy a home!!!

  Nick's team helped me finance my home and refinance when rates have dropped. It was a great experience both times, especially working with his associates Pat Doyle and Mitch Willis. They explained the whole process, were clear about what documents I needed to submit and got me a great rate! I would be happy to work with them gain!

  When looking to build/purchase a new home, a close friend of my wife advised we work with the same realtor and mortgage company/loan officer they had. When we first reached out to Matt Willis and Nick Maddock to start things off, they were nothing but processional and exceptional throughout the entire process. We first met with them for a preliminary visit to go over how to shop for rates, yes they educated us on how we could go to other mortgage companies/lenders and compare their rates to those with them at Guild Mortgage. What we should ask for and what we should look for while comparing said rates. To me, this really showed how much they truly cared about their clients and the confidence they had that they would be able to meet or beat the competition. After checking around, it was clear the difference in service. To Nick and Matt, we were not just another number, we were treated with respect. Their experience and knowledge could not be matched by any other mortgage/lender we checked with. Both were available to answer any questions that we had from start to finish. If/when we end up moving to a new home, we will be working with the both of them, without question. Overall customer experience I would rate a 6/5 stars if google would let me.

  The Nick Maddock Mortgage Team is absolutely amazing! I am a real estate agent, so when my buyers ask for a lender recommendation, they are always my first choice (only choice really). Reason is.... they are easy to work with, they always meet deadlines on the contract (many other lenders do not), when they provide a pre-approval letter for a buyer I know confidently that it will close, I can always reach either Nick Maddock or Matt Willis when I need them, and so many more reasons. Also, they have a great reputation, which helps my buyer's offer to be accepted when we are in a multiple offer situation. I can't thank them enough for everything they do for me and my clients!!
