  I've been through a home closing once before & it was the most stressful experience ever, but I must say that working with Patrick & his team on our closing this time around was the exact opposite. It was an easy process. No stress whatsoever. Patrick was very informative & responsive from beginning to end. I couldn't think of a better lender to work with.   I cannot recommend Patrick Doyle and his team enough. He's knowledge about any type of loan for anyone's individual financial circumstance is so impressive. He's incredibly responsive, professional, and goes out of his way to ensure your needs are met. There are so many moving parts to mortgage financing, but they help you stay on top of everything, start to finish. I'll never work with anyone else, and I'd HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.

  I was (am!) a first-time home buyer and looking for a loan officer that could play a role as an advisor along the way. Pat is exactly that. He and his team provide more than just a paperwork machine that advances their part of the process - they fully understand the entire experience of buying a home and genuinely concern themselves with their clients success and confidence in the biggest investment of their lives. Pat does not condescend, and he does not drown you in unnecessary “look how smart I am” detail (although, he absolutely could). He lays things out in such a way that leaves the power in the hands of the client, where it belongs, and arms them with the knowledge and situational awareness required to navigate this stuff without going crazy. Highly recommend to anybody.

  Looking back I’m SO thankful to have worked with Pat when buying my first home. With Pat’s help, I was pre-approved for a loan in a matter of days & ran into ZERO issues when closing because of Pat’s hard work in issuing my pre-approval letter!!! He was always available for questions and never hesitated to “crunch some numbers” for me whenever I was interested in property and wanted to see the monthly payment breakdown. He’s VERY reliable and knowledgeable when it comes to finances and the STL real estate market. He also really cares about his clients; for example, as soon as Pat knew that interest rates were on the rise, he called me so I could lock in at a lower interest rate. I HIGHLY recommend Pat because financing is such a crucial, yet scary, part of the home buying process and Pat made the entire process easy and stress-free!
