Sami Swaiss1I had a pretty good relationship with mid-first for the first year however recently, I had a issue with them because there was a 3,000 discrepancy with a deposit I had made. The only reason I found out is because a week after I had made the deposit I went in there to make another deposit and they told me my new balance I noticed it was about 3,000 less than my last balance. I had a receipt from them showing my balance from the week before and I had not spent anywhere near 3,000 that week. I had eventually spoken with the manager RICK BREASHERS and right off the bat he was very defensive and talking to me as off I made the issue. I had shown him my records and he told me I should be keeping a paper ledger of my account and was trying to frame the situation as of I was burdened him with a issue I had made even though it was was the mid first staff that had made the issue. He had told me they figured the issue the same day it happened but the only way I found out was by going in there a week after it happened. I had told RICK BRESHEARS that the error on their end is not what made me mad it was the fact that I can no longer trust midfirst with my business banking because they didn’t even have the decency to notify me about a 3,000 issue. After telling him this he told me in a extremely condescending way, “ okay Sami I will let them know to call you when a issue happens”. The way he said that to me was the straw that broke the camels back and the reason why I fired midfirst from all of my business and personal banking.

Valeria Cooper1Bad bank, i will be closing my account soon. - First 2 or 3 tines i went inside the bank to withdraw (more than $1000) cash and only had me and other person at other cashiers, last time it took like 13 min to my cashier just get just a signature approval, it was unbelievable! - Second, i had my card hacked at the own MidFirst bank ATM at this brunch (Rockwell & Hefner), i couldn't believe that! So, what kind security have this bank? Reason i don't want card anymore! I had business with Chase for more than 15 years and this never happened. - Third, i had my card number used fraudulently of $13 that rhey coukd check from where was used, that wasn't from my computer where i make all my online orders, they never refunded me this money - Fourth, i ordered a portable A/C unit and the fake company never ever delivered, not providing any tracking number or that the merchandise was delivered. Oh man this was a long battle with the bank to cancel this payment and give my money back, and worse, the manager said i that was me in need to proof i didnt get the unit, i said to him "excuse me, really? I have 2 business and is my company that need to provide evidences that what i sell was shipped and delivered to the customer"

Peyton G1I went in to open a checking account and got denied because of my credit. I honestly don’t know why I have my credit check when I am just opening a checking and saving account. I was very disappointed and upset that it happen. And have to go to another bank and got approved right away. Midfirst should push away new customers due to their credit. I won’t be back and won’t recommend this bank to anyone

Denzel Akinmoladun1Worst customer service ever I walked in and took a seat. No one person said ANYTHING to me. Even have enough time sitting here now and still no one has even acknowledged I’m here. If it wasn’t for them closing in 25 minutes I would have walked out. Will never return to this location. Sad.

Teresa Harris1Very unprofessional experience. I was depositing a Cashier's Check and the lady in the drive thru said "it looks fake" and sent it back to me and said she contacted the fraud department. She didn't even call the bank who issued the check and actually check to see if it was fake or not. I called the bank who issued the check and sure enough it WASN'T FAKE! So I went to the Midfirst on 39th and MacArthur where we actually opened our acct and explained to them what happened. The gentleman called the other bank and got the confirmation that this was in fact a good check and deposited it into our account. If the first lady would have actually done her job, I wouldn't have had to go out of my way to the other bank. I now will be using the Midfirst on 39th and only them.

The staff is friendly and courteous, and the atmosphere is comfortable, and the bank provides all of the essential banking services you have come to expect. Carmen Pence1You know I have been with Midfirst Bank for over 10 years. Worked for them for 3! I had an incident where I had cash in my wallet to deposit. With my daughter being sick Monday I didn't get out the house. So on Tuesday I was hoping to drop it off. I forgot we were doing basketball sign ups at lunch so was unable to get there because I'm a teacher. They hit me with over $150 in fees. I go up there after school to explain. The lady looked at me and said it is your responsibility to get the money here. We can only do a curticy refund of 2 fees. I looked her dead in the eye and said BS. I apologized to her for not being professional but I explained to her that she can do more than that. I haven't over drafted in 4 years. She just looked at me and said you have to be more responsible. I looked at her and said your right close my accounts. Also while I was waiting in the lobby another lady was waiting on the manager that I spoke with. She just barried her mother and her dad is terminally. they gave another manager paperwork to add her to the account so she can write checks. Well he didn't turn in her paper work and the manager I spoke with showed NO REMORSE and said sorry we have to freeze the account. This poor woman just barried her mom the day before!!! I tell you what MIDFIRST BANK you need some come to jesus meetings!! They say their all about family!! No they are not!! #imaprayforyou
