  I love this branch of Oklahoma Credit Union! My favorite teller is Asia. She always has a smile on her face and calls me by my name. This is the personal touch everyone wants in their financial institution!

  I originally started going here to do business with another credit union as they are a service center. Based on the level of customer service I received I decided to open an account with them as well and boy that was one of the best decisions ever! The tellers are ALWAYS professional, friendly, and helpful. The checking account is free with perks to help you save( round up). You will never do business with a bank again after opening an account here. The app has an easy to use interface and is very convenient and secure.

  I have had a positive experience. I put some extra work on them and they were willing to oblige me with no complaint. I also feel like I'm getting the best rate available to me for my auto loan through OECU. I have had a loan through them in the past and I plan to use them for my next loan Lord willing. I worked with Garrett and Esthefania from the Bethany branch and they were both very helpful and friendly. I also spoke to the call center staff multiple times and they were also helpful and friendly.

  I’m fed up with this credit union they have more fees than perks. Worst credit union to join!

  My experience of obtaining an auto loan from OECU was definitely a Five Star experience from start to finish. I spoke with both Sandra and David. They were both excellent in their assistance to me and both were very professional. All my questions were answered promptly and I was made very comfortable with the entire loan process. OECU will certainly be at the top of my list when the time comes for my next auto loan!

  Nichole answered the phone when I called. She was very upbeat and friendly! I was calling about loan rates. I spoke with a loan officer over the phone about FHA loans, and OECU is comparable to other credit unions in the area. All of their locations are service centers, which means you can use their facility even if you bank with a different credit union. They have an app and mobile banking. Their website was easy to navigate on mobile. I don't use OECU, but I might in the future!

  I have my auto loan through them and My'Iecia was wonderful. Friendly, professional and honest all the way through. I applied for loans other places including other credit unions and none offered the level of professionalism and genuine interest for me as a client. Other places tried pushing products on me but My'Iecia took her time to let me know what was available and how it could benefit me. Pleased so far.
