  I love Chase Bank! From banking to credit cards, they have the best customer service I've ever received! This branch location has very friendly and helpful employees. I've been with other credit card companies and banked at many other banks and Chase is the only one that understands life has its ups and downs and people aren't perfect. In my experience, Chase always puts customers first.

  Cons: -Mortgage department pretty unresponsive and apathetic. Went with Cornerstone and got approved for under 3% for a home loan without any BS. -Hard to find the bank's direct phone line. -COVID mishandled badly. Unable to access deposit box for tok long with no way to talk to anyone about it due yo no one answering phones. -Can't get 10's from most ATMs which is dumb Pros: -National chain -Easy to use app and ATMs -Friendly staff -Pretty understanding I'd say 3.5 if it was an option.

  Based on my transactions and especially the one today, I don't think I will be leaving Chase anytime in the near or far future. I just wanted to say thanks to my teller for understanding my needs, asking the right questions and responding with the appropriate actions to get me the information I requested! During this Covid time, the lobby was closed, so I was skeptical of the access level from the teller not knowing if they were limited or not. Thank you Chase on Rockwell!

  You cannot reach this bank by phone and when you call the customer service # it sends you to a call center overseas. I was transferred 3 times and finally got to the right department, in India. The lady on the phone could not help me since she didn't understand what I was needing. This is very frustrating. I have been with this bank for 5 years and never had this problem, so it must me a new procedure. I don't remember ever having to deal with someone out of the country. The fact that I have to now walk into my local branch to take care of an issue with my customer's check is ridiculous, since we work during the day. Our small business is our livelihood and we need to be with a bank we trust. I will be closing our 4 accounts with this bank and going somewhere local.

  I had been twice there to open an account. First time there were no tellers available. Same day i booked the appointment for some other day and i asked about what documents we need to get. They told me that they will call up and give me the details. They did not call. I called them up for the documents. I took the documents as they specified. They are unsure of what documents we need to get for opening an account. I went twice and it was just a time waste.

  I have fell in love with Chase Bank, Left Bank of America. Never hand a problem with them, they know who i am when i come thru Chase Bank JP Morgan. I know they have strict requirements. But I have to tell you, they are better than Bank of America. I really love to make multiple deposits and make deposits thru out the week at this location.

  Best bank in America they never fail to satisfy me. Sometimes they even toss the money on me because it makes me smile. The workers here are so friendly and great! I love them with a passion❤️

  The girl at the counter was very nice. As for personal banker Cecilia Adame, she was not the friendliest. I get that you guys have appointments, but if you are going to agree to help somone real quick between appointments, then keep your attitude on check. I would have gladly came another day. She pulled me into her office, and yeah, sure, she informed me on your different checking and saving accounts, but I got the feeling she was annoyed with me. Oh, yes! She told me to call and make an appointment. I told her I was having trouble getting through to someone on the phone, and she got super defensive. I came back to my office, looked into First Fidelity Bank, and that is where I will be taking my money. Thanks for showing your true colors. I hate my current bank, and it looks like I was about to fall right into the same situation.

  Like most banks, they are automating everything and understaffed, So if you want to go into the lobby, good luck getting a human being to help you in a timely or professional manner. They also have a lot of turnover with their staff and obviously don't train their employees very well. Terrible customer service.

  Didn't feel like my business was welcome. Went in and had to wait. Not the issue. It was the person that came in after without an appointment that got helped that was the issue. When I finally got helped I knew what I wanted. It wasn't what I was offered. I felt like they jumped to conclusions.
