  IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE a MILLION STARS AND SAVE PEOPLE FROM THIS PLACE IT WOULD BE WORTH EVERYTHING THEY HAVE PUT ME THROUGH!!!! Long story but I had an account here in 2001 that I had for years never once have a problem then all of the sudden I get stimulus money for the third time I don’t get my tech because they close my account for being overdrafted when I had overdraft protection then I didn’t even have to pay anything to get my account back on because I didn’t owe anything so I opened up another account and then months go by almost a year has gone by at least six months and now they want proof of residence so I bring in two pieces of mail it’s not good enough for them so without even a letter I get a check in the mail where they’ve closed my account now I have waited and waited and waited for them to fix my account so I can access my stuff online which never got fixed and I have been through hell with this company so save yourself

  I have been going to True Sky (FAA) CU for 10 years now. They have great interest rates for loans and are very helpful with answering questions. There are no annual fees on credit cards and no minimum limit on money in checking or savings account. Kim helped me at this location and it was a great experience. I highly recommend True Sky as your primary bank.

  Lena was the loan officer who handled my friend’s loan and the private purchase of my vehicle. We came in the branch later in the day, and we were really unprepared. Lena and Christy (not sure of spelling on either name) were so helpful and amazing. They printed personal documents, stayed late, and helped us through the process. I would highly recommend these ladies and this credit Union.

  We have been with this group since the late 1990's (24 years) when they were a quality credit union named FAA Employees Credit Union. Quality of service has faded dramatically since they became "TrueSky". Yesterday (1/11/22) I had to make an appointment at the NW Expressway branch to get a cashiers check FROM MY OWN MONEY. When I finally got the appointment for the day AFTER I needed it, I get let in (after getting my temperature taken lol) and everyone is sitting in the lobby doing NOTHING. Having a grand ol' time. SO while we struggle to get customer service this agency (in the name of COVID) is getting paid to do nothing. OK I get it, COVID has everyone shaking in their boots, but instead of closing your lobbies and forcing us to make an appointment for YOUR own convenience, how about keep the lobbies open and just require a mask to come in? How is that any different than what I just did? That's what someone would do if they actually wanted to serve their customers instead of protecting THEMSELVES from their customers. As soon as we can pay off car loans we are going to leave them behind and find another banking institution. It would have been Tinker but they're doing the same thing. Maybe time to leave credit unions and go with successful banks Sad, very sad.

  Clarissa answered the phone and was very rude and when I asked to speak with someone else she placed me on hold for over 10 minutes never came back on the phone I had to hang up and call back I am new to this credit union and have a new auto loan and was asking how to make my first payment. I was warned by the dealership that they no longer run auto loans through true sky because of customers having issues…. I should’ve listened. If I am just trying to find out how to make my first payment and they are already rude I can imagine how this is going to go… My recommendation do not use this credit union as their customer service is horrible! It’s crazy that with Covid they require customers to come into a location for account information but allowed me to process my entire loan virtually. Finally reached a manager Who states they currently do not have a online car payment system. If Clarissa would have just said that instead of being rude and telling me she could not give me any account information over the phone…. And with a attitude.. Would’ve saved me 30min of my day

  I’ve been a member at True Sky, then FAA, for about 13 years now. I was happy & content with the credit Union until recently. Ever since they changed their name to True Sky & ever since this new online banking update, their customer service has gone down the drain. Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone on the phone. Don’t sign up here!!!! I’m just paying off my auto loan then will immediately switch to a different credit union. Save yourself the headache & bank at a different credit union.

  Been a True Sky member for 2 plus years I am done with them . Have to make an appointment just to access lobby. Writing this review while waiting in drive thru lanes. Over 40 minutes and I’m still 5 car’s back called lobby to make sure I would be helped if they closed before I got to conduct my business took them 15 minutes to answer. Lady that answered said I don’t know.

  Whoever allowed the new website to be signed off needs to be fired and sued into the ground. It screwed everything up and even put mine and my ex wife’s SEPARATE accounts together. Loans and all. Now she can’t access her stuff and I had to create an entirely new login with new information. When we call customer service, they say closed, even in the middle of the day. This is a garbage credit union that deserves the worst that can happen to them. Will be moving banks asap
