  I love love love my credit union!! I have been a member since the 90's and I wouldn't go anywhere else! The online bill pay is how I pay all my bills. Most of them are sent electronically but there are some that prefer a check every month, and I never have to worry, the check is sent on time every time. The people who work there are the best... Brittany, Stephanie and the rest of the crew... the place wouldn't be the same without them!

  We absolutely love the staff that work at all the different branches since we go to multiple, they are friendly and always ready to help any way they can. We have had more than 13 loans with them which most are paid off but we still have current ones there and are extremely happy with them. Every time we buy a car they are the only ones we use.

  People are nice enough. They offer checking accounts but you can't get personal checks, they don't offer money orders. Everytime that i tried to buy a gift online my debit card wouldn't go through. I withdrew most of my money to open a true checking account at another bank. I will only use mid Carolina for my vehicle loan.

  We are sorry to hear you were unhappy and had trouble with your account. You are correct, we don't offer money orders but we do offer something more secure, credit union certified checks, which are accepted the same as money orders. As for our checking accounts, we offer personal checks with all our accounts along with many other options. A link for checks can be found on our website. We really wish you had given us the opportunity to make it right. With some research, we found that the denied transaction was for out of country purchases; we have some restrictions in place due to fraud from other countries, however, had you contacted us we could have made an exception on your account. We have these restrictions in place to protect our members from the growing cases of fraud but gladly work with them when they need things from these areas. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused you but the safety of our members and their accounts, are our top priority. If you have any further needs, we would be happy to help you.   I have had at least 4 accounts here since I started this bank for the first time 5 years ago. I have always loved them.Never any issues and the staff is amazing! I live that there is no monthly fee and checking you don't have to have balance at all.
