  Working with the Guild Mortgage Company has been a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Being a 1st time homebuyer hearing all the negativity, i never expected this process to go so smoothly. I give all the glory to the Lord who placed these wonderful staff members in my life to assist me in becoming a homeowner.   When I tell you that I was working with 4 banks and getting the run around I almost gave up. Then my realtor introduced me to Lamont Watson at Guild Mortgage. Although we were not strangers from the financial world I just hadn’t worked with him before. Well when he said we had conditional and then final approvals I was so HAPPY to be able to refinance to a fixed rate loan. It was so surreal because so many other lenders would say yes then no. So glad I didn’t give up and did my online app!

  Great group of people!.. My loan was difficult but Beth was great and she saw me through the whole process until I closed on my house! Angela and Craig were also great with assisting through it all.. Very professional, kind, compassionate and caring approach to meeting my home buying needs and that was appreciated.. I would recommend them to anyone I know hands down!
