See below update! WOW. Pathetic and archaic. I joined Navy Federal in January. It is currently May. Three different occasions I have had major issues with paycheck deposits. On on occasion they told me the funds were not in the account which was bogus. Once they decided the check had been "altered". And most recently they showed the deposit clearing after three business days then they pulled the funds from the account after I transferred money to an investment account. The money was there, the other bank indicated the check had cleared. Now I have a negative balance with other bills having been paid. So then, Navy Federal makes arbitrary decisions to hold/withhold funds from various members accounts. I have talked with them via telephone and online chat and never received any resolution. In addition, I went in on one occasion with to speak with a teller and walked out after he responded "whatever". Totally disrespectful. Another occasion when I entered the branch to make a deposit the teller shorted me 500 dollars. I immediately walked back inside and cleared it up. This teller was nice but it just shouldn't have happened. Do yourself a favor and find another bank, Nave Federal simply doesn't cut it with their lack of customer service and archaic and suspicious policies. UPDATE!! I went by branch this morning with documentation that 1) they received and accepted my deposit; 2). that funds would be available in two days; On the second day after my deposit they put the money in my account. Then on the same afternoon they pulled funds from my account causing 3 NSF charges. The bank rep called someone and was referred to someone else, security I think. The only answer was "it was not a payroll item." I challenged her on that and she then said it was a handwritten check. So why tell me the money will post to my a account in two days, post it and then remove it. Seems this is just the way they do business. I went back and read reviews on Navy Federal last night and don't know how I missed them before becoming a member. My experience is a common on e among customers. Be careful, this is a loosely and highly unprofessional organization who make arbitrary decisions relative to your money forgetting who the customer is. STAY AWAY

Service is very slow and not enough employees. I have had navy federal 6 years while being in the military and this is by far the worst branch I have ever been in . The customers do not come first and they have no sense of urgency at all . They also do not have someone directing customers as they usually do . This branch needs to be managed much better .

Teller was very rude and told me they can’t take lose change but gave me back lose change after I took my time to roll up all of my change to deposit for my son. Not only did she give me back lose change, she could clearly see I was holding a baby and just placed all of the change on the counter. I spend a lot of money with this bank and for someone to be so rude makes me want to withdraw my money and take it elsewhere.

This address does not take you to a navy federal branch. It’s just a open road.

After having a traumatizing experience with a customer service "Supervisor" (who I will be filing a formal corporate complaint) I could not have been more grateful to the person who GOD sent to cover me with grace, compassion, professionalism and 360 product knowledge. I have had Navy'fed for over 15 years and was ready to close ALL my accounts simply based on how I was treated and JAMIE was the saving face for me continuing my business with this long valued bank. Thank you Jamie. You know what you did so good on you for reestablishing how Navy Federal should treat disable veterans and how people should simply treat others. Not all disabilities are visible so again thank you.

I have been banking with NFC for 5 years. Always have been satisfied and treated with respect until this evening. Apparently the ATM machines were shut down for repairs. The drive thru had a cone in front so l pulled around the front of the building while the another customer got out and on the atm machine l sat in my car waiting to see if it was working some employees came out of the bank. A female employee came outside yelling hositle at me from at least 15 feet l never got out of my car. She was upset that customers was using the atm while it was in repair. This employee was so loud rude and extremely unprofessional l never said a word to her. You should never talk to customers that way. I am just discussed!!!

Let me tell you about Mrs. Rhoda, the front desk lady is WONDERFUL!!! She seems to be the one who keeps everyone on task and is very kind! Honestly the line was super long but didn't take very long to get help and great service 😁👍 very happy with visit.

Totally understand about safely procedures due to pandemic. However waiting in Drive Thur Teller line for almost 30 minutes is outrageous and ridiculous!!!! Come on people do better serving your customers!!!!

My sister came by this bank today for service and it closed while she and other customers were in line at the drive-through. The problem with this is that this branch has conflicting hours of operation on their website versus a general online local search. But what is confusing is that this branch is drive-through only so closing early doesn't make much sense logistically as it does for banks that allow face to face service. In the age of this virus, it's imperative that establishments are consistent with the distribution of their information because as we all know, life is rapidly changing. In addition, it's only professional that the staff notify their members if that are closed if they are waiting in line. My sister was not the only one. There were others waiting as well so what is obvious is that they too had an understanding of a later close time.

During this pandemic it’s hard to keep great costumer service, but Ny did! My husband was in line outside for a good 5-8 minutes (during the lunch time) . There’s a limited amount of people allowed in the building because of policies. My family (family of 5) and I had a lot of things needed to be done. The First Lady (with short hair) that husband encountered was so rude to say to him, he couldn’t call us one at a time because we weren’t in line! We didn’t get in line so we didn’t create a crowd and other people, couldn’t line up. The walk way is not that big to hold many people. Anyways, the lady with the short hair told my husband to get back in line with all of us. But again it makes NO sense! Ny took care of our situation WITH A SMILE! I would have given her 6 stars and the other lady that was monitoring the door at the time! But because of that lady with a short hair was just so LAZY... and that’s the only adjective that can describe her because Ny finished with us (5 PEOPLE) and she was still on the one man!! She is pulling this branch down!
