  Courtney Scott is the best!!! Called the branch due to a mixup with a deposit not going to right account. She wall all on it.!!! Not only was she helping me she was still taking care of other customers. While having me on the phone she was talking care of multiple people very courteous, professional and sharp…. Handled my matter efficiently and fast. I am not one to go on line and make comments but after the service she provided I had to make this known. Way to go Courtney!!!

  If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Long story short I deposited a check into my business account here and it somehow got “lost” even after showing the transaction receipt my funds are still in limbo. I have never experienced anything like this and I completely understand why I have never banked with them before this!!!! Please do not bank with them

  Very unprofessional. Teller Discussed pertinent account information in lobby while other customers were listening. Wrong account information was given, customer service training is a must for the people at this branch. Absolutely the worst experience.

  I just have to say I'm very disappointed with this bank! I opened a account online which I used my daughter's card who is on the joint account with me and now the money is frozen because I used my daughter's card. Now she has to go to the bank near her which is 26 miles. The money has already been taken and cleared from our joint account! Best advice I can give to anyone else is choose your bank wisely 😊

  The BB&T Sandhills branch was one of the favorite spots for the local community and mine in particular. It was so sad to discover how miserably and quickly it lost it’s reputation. The Bank’s Customer Relationship representative Trevor Farmer has showed incompetence and complete unwillingness to help with a very simple request of my 79 years old mother, respected senior citizen, BB&T’s customer for decades. I just hope he doesn’t treat his own mother the same way he treats BB&T customers. Being a happy BB&T customer for 25 years I will never return to this location again.

  I am extremely disappointed in their deceptive approach to rolling over a CD and their unwillingness to discuss the issue.
