We had initially emailed him at night and did not expect a response until the following morning. But Michael was quick to respond within just minutes! He is understanding to the concerns of buyers new to the market and will spend the time, even past office hours to answer your questions. Throughout the process, Michael followed up with us to make sure things were moving along smoothly and to provide helpful information.   Everything was excellent. Michael went above and beyond in helping me obtain my mortgage. There was an unforeseen delay for my closing at the time that interest rates increased. Michael made sure to extend my contract with the lower interest rate for another 30 days which allowed me to close at the lower interest rate! That's something I really appreciated!
