  Michael is a very competent and honest loan officer. I was blessed to have Michael and his team help me throughout the loan process, which was very pleasant. Michael always made sure to communicate matters openly and on a timely manner. Michael also had his own app that allowed me to stay informed with my loan progress the entire time. On a personal note, I am extremely thankful for the help of Michael and his team. I was left in the middle of nowhere by another lender. I received multiple different sets of disclosures that contained plenty of inaccurate and out-of-date information. More interestingly, when I was about 3 weeks in my contract, this other lender told me that my Debt-to-Income ratio was too high, regardless nothing had changed since I first submitted my application. I was repetitively lied to and had to beg for updates. The negligence of this other lender also costed me $2,000 in closing delay compensation. I finally decided to switch lender and that's when I came across Michael and his team, who worked extra hard to ensure me a clear to close in just 2.5 weeks. Now having the ability to compare a good and a bad lender, I would 100% recommend Michael and his team.

Going into the process we had no idea what to expect, Michael was very clear and informative every step of the way, he would break down step by step and be very clear about the numbers and any important information we needed.   I was house shopping for about a year in the Bay Area, then I attended an open house in Hayward where I met this respectful and professional man named, Michael Gallegos. He kept in touch with me through the entire loan process and he was always there to answer my questions. If he didn't answer, he would always make sure to get back to me. And most importantly, he is a very generous person who really cares about his clients. He is fair, honest, and straightforward.
