  When it was time to re-finance my home loan, Sergio and his team were more than ready. I worked with Sergio on my original home loan and was impressed then. But as time went on, Sergio would still periodically check in with me and more importantly update me as when it would be a good time to re-finance. When that time was finally the right time, once again, Sergio and his team made the process smooth and easy. I specifically was in contact with Cynthia for most of the transactions and she was so helpful and resourceful during the entire process. Couldn’t dream of working with any other team! I highly recommend.
