  I purchased my first home with the help of Catalina and her Team from Fairway Independent Mortgage. As soon as I walked through their branch office, Catalina herself welcomed me in and explained to me all the different ways I could go to accomplish my goal of becoming a home owner. Catalina gave me time to decide and plan what was going to be my route, to be honest it took me about 4-5 months to actually start the process of home buying! And let me tell you, I never felt pressure by her or her team during that time. In the contrary, I gave her multiple calls/texts with questions during that time and Catalina was always very informative. Once I was ready to start the process, Catalina set me up with Gaby, a member from her team that I was going to work directly with, just as with Catalina, Gaby offered me the same 5-star customer service. I decided to relocate from Oakland, Ca to Elk Grove, Ca. The Team was there for me all the way, they even set me up with a realtor who worked in the area, he was also really helpful. Even though I purchased a home that was miles away from where I was, the whole team made me feel very comfortable, by always being there for any question I had and keeping me inform with all moving pieces during the house hunt, summiting an offer, dealing with counter offers, and closing time. I highly recommend Catalina’s Team services! When the time comes, and I need to buy a second home I will definitely give them a call!
