Aaron Henderson1They have 8 employees here. But only one that’s a teller. Asked manager if they could add another and he says nothing he can do. And shushes me. They don’t care about giving your money back. They just want new customers. One star is too generous.

Parwez Faizi1I wish there was a zero star I could give. This is the worst managed bank I’ve ever seen in my life. I don’t often go to an actual branch but today I had to get a cashier’s check and after 35 minutes in line, I was able to get it, there was a line of people stretching outside the building and the literally had only one window open while the managers and others were just looking at people. They’re very rude and have no concept of customer service. Don’t go here.

Shawn1I would give them Zero stars but it doesn’t exist. We’ve been waiting outside 15 before the branch opened and still waiting 30 minutes inside with one teller helping a customer. Why would you open a bank with 1 or 2 tellers first thing in the morning. The managers are walking around and not helping break the line down. What happen to those days? So I’m still in the branch 20 minutes after opening, and not even close to a teller. This whole experience will have taken an hour once completed. Bank of America do better for your customers. This is unacceptable on every level!!!!!!

Jenn Frias1I was waiting in line yesterday and they had told us that there was only one teller working and that it would take an hour to get seen I didn't really want to be there but I didn't have the ATM card that I ordered and I needed some money and I was hoping I could go in and get some with just my ID. But the security guards who apparently was board decided you go in interfere and and find out whether or not I should get money out with my identification he said that I couldn't I didn't know that he actually worked at the bank if he had worked at the bank why wasn't he acting as a teller as opposed to being a security guard I was very frustrated and I left and I will never go back to that bank ever again.

Maradi Roth4Went in to close a CC. The wait can be VERY long, but once we were with the specialist we had an excellent experience. Very attentive and quick. Probably why our wait time was so long because with each customer they were very detailed oriented and took their time to make sure that the customer was comfortable and built a small relationship with them. Bertha (I believe) was awesome. Would come again just for her. The other person helping out, I could overhear him educating and really doing a good job motivating and praising his customer about his financial situation. Nice people.

mike janke1Slowest bank I have ever been in. 45 minutes in line just to make a cash deposit once a month. Guaranteed a minimum wait of 35 minutes every time I go in there. The other Bank of America in downtown San Leandro is absolutely no better.
