  Josh is simply the very best! He is so passionate & knowledgeable at what he does. And it shows! Josh is such a good guy & most definitely knows what he’s doing! My husband & I were in a 1031 situation where we needed to buy multiple properties in a limited time. He was absolutely AMAZING throughout the entire process. We felt we were in good hands from the start & we couldn’t have done it without him. Josh is extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, & was there for us every step of the way. He went above & beyond. He was in constant communication with us & made sure everything got taken care of always. There were several times through this stressful process when there was miscommunication & mishaps through the escrow company or real estate side & it was always Josh who made sure everything got worked out & communicated with us about what was going on. Josh truly was the one & only reason everything went as smooth as it did. Seriously him & him alone. It was an absolute pleasure working with Josh. Thank you so much for everything!! We will definitely recommend him to absolutely anyone!
