  We can't rave about Shelly Mellomida enough! We used her for the purchase of our first home and for refinancing. Shelly has excellent follow through, commitment, passion, and is so thorough in what she does. We know she always has our best interest at heart, which is so critical when it comes to such a large purchase/commitment. We love Shelly and all she has done for us! Would recommend her any day and will use her until the day she retires 😊.

  Donna has great energy and provides detailed information about everything. She was very cooperative through our 20 day closing process. She has been helping people for a long time now and strives hard to make families happy. We had a last minute change due to the appraisal, but she was not only able to work it out for us, but also got a lower rate at the end. We were super happy about it!! She is always providing status updates to everyone on the team through the loan process. Donna is super helpful and very hardworking and does her best to get you the right deal. Hit her up if you need a loan!!

  Donna Delno is an absolute crook and a liar. If you want to get ripped off and to be taken advantage of, then look no further. If you want a fiduciary who will look out for your best interest, then run for the hills ladies and gentlemen. Months after closing on our loan, we received notification from Donna that there was a clerical error on our closing documents. Rather than taking responsibility and owning the mistake, she pointed fingers in every direction but her own. Don’t be fooled by the “fake nice” motherly approach, she’s the complete opposite. Each step along the way, Donna conveyed to us “don’t worry, by the time we get to the final closing docs, everything will be squared away and accurate.” She continued to push us to sign documents with errors and incorrect amounts. We pushed back and informed her that we were not comfortable signing documents with errors, even to the point where we threatened to fund the loan with a different broker. We should have listened to our gut feeling about her. Lesson learned, but at least we have this platform to warn others. Stay away unless you want to do business with a con artist. The only thing she cares about is her commission!

  Raisa Fudim did a fantastic job helping me refinancing the house and I would highly recommend her for any mortgage needs. She helped me to come through the process with no issues and surprises, replied to tons of my calls and questions! Also, Raisa was keeping me informed of everything and very prompt in returning any calls to her. Bottom line, I will recommend her to others and come back to Raisa again on another deal!!!
