  I recently purchased a previously owned 2018 Mazda6 from Mercedes-Benz of Nashville. I was a little skeptical initially about how I would be received since I wasn't in the market for a Mercedes. However, everyone was very courteous and there was zero pressure to buy. I'd done my research before going, and found their pricing for the car was actually quite a bit lower than other dealerships in the area.

  I have been getting my vehicle serviced here for the past two years. It feels great taking your vehicle to a place and knowing they are not trying to get over on you, they give you and your vehicle the best service possible. I have always talked to the same person when it comes to the care for my car and he explains everything that is going to happen and notifies me if they need to do something different. Even waiting for my vehicle to get serviced is a pleasurable experience, I can watch the on CCTV. Great place to go and have your vehicle taking care of, I always enjoy the experience.

  Purchased used Lexus from David. Pleasurable experience. Car drives well and is in beautiful condition. Suggested I use Ascend Credit Union for financing. Ascend offered me an interest rate that was twice as low as what my current credit union offered.

  I stepped into the dealership and was immediately met by Evan Pomin, my phone died while I was showing him the car I came to see and he got me a charger and started the process of looking for my new car. He was very helpful and when I was unable to find what I was looking for at his dealership, he found was I was looking for at another Sonic dealership. About 30 minutes later, I was out test driving the car I wanted and then some. Evan Pomin is great! He even recommended a service adviser for me and I am sure when I need service, it will be equally as great. Evan is an asset to Mercedes-Benz of Nashville!

  The key element to any successful business is having focused, self-starting, professional employees. Mercedes Benz of Nashville has true pros throughout their organization. If you are making an appointment for vehicle maintenance or service, be certain to speak with Shelly or John. While all the service techs are very capable and efficient, I have worked with Nic Howard, and he is simply the best. Finally, if you need to get the battery replaced in your key, or need to order a part, Landel Sanders is your "go to" guy in parts. Together, this place runs like an expensive Swiss watch.
