  Eric gladly quoted our modest loan when another loan agent(with another company) said it was too small to be worth the time. We got a great rate, relatively quick closing (given the volume of Refi’s right now I consider it quick), and could not be happier! Thanks Eric Parks!

  We've haves used Chase twice now. Once when we bought our new house and the other when we refinanced. Chase made it extremely easy, especially during COVID. He is great at communication via phone calls, texting and emails. He also answered every question we had and talked about all our options. He was completely honest and very upfront about what would be best for our family. We have referred him to a lot of people because he is that good!

  Dana Caserta was amazing! She was great to work with. She was kind, understanding, and so helpful. It was obvious that she knew what she was doing. She also got everything completed extremely quick because she was so thorough and made sure to get everything she needed from us up front.
