  I would like to thank Jerry Vinett so very much. I decided to purchase a home last minute. My lease was coming to an end and I was tired of paying rent. It was crunch time and needed to find a home within my budget asap. My credit was ok but required some work in order to receive mortgage loan I needed to obtain the home suited for my family. Jerry called me and we started working together immediately. He explained what I needed to do to get my credit in better standing and coached me through the entire process. Within 3 months I was closing on my first family home. Thank you again my friend Jerry.

  Jerry saved me $800 a month on a refinance, which was amazing. He made the deal a no brainer. Better yet his service was first class and better than any I have had with other refinances. I would strongly encourage his services over some big bank or predatory loan service.

  Jerry was extremely helpful. He was able to help me when other companies told me I would need to wait another 6 months to apply for a loan... he kept me informed through the entire process.   I highly recommend MortgagePro if you are looking for a home loan. Jerry V is a great guy to have on your team. He has years of expertise in this field, and is willing to work with "difficult" cases like ours. My partner and I are both in the restaurant industry and were turned down before for a home loan because a bigger mortgage company did not recognize our income as legitimate. MortgagePro accepted us and got us a loan with great terms and interest rate. Jerry is a pleasure to work with during the home buying process. He is professional, encouraging, and has a reassuring calmness about him that eased our stress throughout the whole experience.   Jerry found us the best loan and intrest rate out of everyone that we dealt with. I was ready to give up before I called him. We wasted our time before I made the call and thought our dream home was out of our reach. He is confident, trustworthy and delivered!! I recommend him to anyone buying a home

  It has been over a year since Jerry "helped" me get a mortgage and it still is a very sore spot for me. Yes, I did get a mortgage. No, it was not a smooth and easy process. It was a nightmare of a process. Buying a house is a big life event. Jerry works alone, without a secretary. I had to send him the same information repeatedly because he could not find it on his desk. I started the process with him early, so that I could have everything done before I ever put in an offer on a house. I had some challenges in the past that affected my credit history, so an early start was important to be sure my credit was good enough to purchase. That early start was not enough. He repeatedly said that I was ready to go forward with my purchase and yet in the end my closing was rescheduled 3 times because he did not have all the paperwork done and ready. He overlooked items in the beginning that should have been dealt with early on...that is why I gave him everything to begin with. I had to scramble for information at the end of the process that he should have asked for in the beginning. I am not the mortgage professional!! I could not know to have some of the things that were required. He is supposed to be the professional. His attitude was horrid but it was too late to go somewhere else - and my real estate agent said it would only complicate the purchase process further than it was. After so many issues, I asked him how long he had been in the business. I suspected a novice. I don't understand how someone could be in the business for as long as he has and still manage to overlook so many simple things. I would not recommend him to anyone for any reason. His mismanagement of my loan process caused an overabundance of stress in my life. After more than a year, I can now look at his name without shuddering with apprehension. Yes, it was that bad.

  A+++ cant say enough about working with Jerry! What he says is what you get! The lowest interest rate I could find with the lowest closing costs. No nonsense, no point gimmicks.
