  We used Menconi and Associates for a refinance recently and they were professional and efficient. We had a few obstacles to overcome, but when we had finished, we will save over 500.00 per month!   Great group of people. I have purchased and refinanced through this company on several occasions and have no complaints. They are fair, honest, timely, and professional.   I've purchased 2 home loans with Mark Menconi and he provided me with loans that meet my financial needs both times. Beating other competitors both times. I tell him what I want and miraculously, he goes out and gets it. His emails are simple and easy to understand so I always know what I am signing and why. What I appreciate most about Mark and Nicole is their professionalism, attention to detail, quickness in responding, and patience with me while I ask a ton of questions.   Nicole is the best Loan Officer we have ever come across. She goes over and beyond to make sure that you understand every step of the process, works hard to get you the best rates and qualified quickly to make the entire home buying process smooth and easy. She took a very difficult first time home buying process with another company and turned it all around for us, quickly. We were told we would never be able to get a home loan and not only did Nicole easily get us the home loan, she got it in less than 30 days. She is passionate about what she does and cares about the people she is doing it for. She was honest and up front with us the entire process and followed up and through everything she said she would. I would more than highly recommend her for any loan or refinancing needs you have.

  Mark Menconi Jr. is my real estate agent and walked me through the purchase of my new home. Mark Menconi Sr. is my real estate broker. Both are phenomenal people to work with, very knowelgeable, kind and patient. They walked me through the financing and purchase of my new home and were happy to take things at my pace when the house hunt was stunted due to an unexpected injury that put me on short term disability leave. Mark Menconi Jr helped me find the house that would become my new home and advised me on every aspect of the purchase and negotiated the price down to what was affordable for me. I must also mention that he even helped me house hunt when my injury prevented me from driving and climbing stairs! Mark Menconi Sr. has been the broker for many of my co workers and has a reputation for always getting the lowest interest rates. He was great about explaining the process to me and walking me through the math (repeatedly) to help me understand what I could afford. The whole firm worked together on every aspect of my purchase so that all I really had to do is show up for the inspections and electronically sign documents. I would recommend this firm to anyone purchasing a home and especially any first time home buyers. In fact, I have i have already referred several friends for when they begin the process of buying their first homes.
