  We did not expect buying a new home to be so smooth! Since this is our first time buying a home, originally my wife and I expected that it would take at least half a year or more than a year to find an old condo that was only 85% satisfied. We didn't expect to buy a townhouse in less than two months. Astonishing! When we got our first 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse, we still felt incredible even though we have gotten the keys! How could that be? Millions thanks to our Mortgage Advisor Viviane. She is very professional, friendly, awesome and efficient. Without her and her team, this would be just a game dream!

  Strategic, Quick, and Caring. Viviane at Freedom Choice Lending helped us get our home offer accepted when we were up against cash buyers in this crazy 2022 seller's market. She worked closely with our realtor and personally reached out to the home sellers to convince them we had a solid loan and could close escrow in 14 days, keeping us competitive with cash buyers. I appreciate her and her team's personal touch in holding our hands through this stressful pandemic home buying process and explaining all the little nuances of getting our loan funded, plus giving us alternatives when we discovered our employment history wasn't appealing to the lender.
