  High reviews for Matt Campbell and his team!! I approached them 2 years ago for a refinance and we had gotten through the entire process right until closing but I couldn't complete it because of personal circumstances. When I was ready to move forward, the first person I thought of was Matt so I sent him a text last month, almost 2 years later, and he remembered me. So did some of his staff, like Rachel and Tamara. They make a daunting, tedious, and sometimes stressful process smooth and uncomplicated. They are easy to communicate with via phone, email, or text - which is a big plus! If I had any questions or ran into any bumps they were a great resource and helped any way they could. I truly feel like Matt and his team have the best interest for their client. I am very happy with the outcome and would return for future needs. I highly recommend them to friends and family as well.

  Matthew and his team are very professional. Rachel is awesome and very helpful, no matter how many questions you have for her she is always there to help. All the team members are so involved on your loan process they make you feel like your their only client. Definitely would recommend to friends and family, which I already have.

  Great Team to Work With!!!! The team over at AFN were great in keeping me up to date with everything going on with the refinance of my home. I never, not once, had an issue with understanding what was going on. I'd recommend any Veteran/Civilian to contact them for any finance/refinance needs!!!

  I Recommend American Financial Network Team(Mallory/Rachel/Kimberly/Tamara). Their (CUSTOMER SERVICE) was Outstanding! You could sense the passion in the tone of their voices. Each member that me and my wife spoke to throughout our process knew where we were in the process. Meaning there was no explaining or confusion. Bottom-Line, hopefully this company appreciate the team that helped us because the competent level in educating us on the process was amazing. I did not feel pressured at all.   Regarding the company American financial network I found all contacts at this company to be extremely proficient efficient friendly and accurate. Our action items were created between myself the customer and them. they were always on time Quick with answers and replies, this was an outstanding experience.   A great team to work with ... On the ball and mostly taking care of things for you ... I highly recommend working with this team of experts, there was not one person not knowing what to do, and if I relayed questions, if the person in contact didn't have immediate answer, they would find someone to help answer ... over all, very satisfied with a smooth process
