  Poorly managed branch. They have employees working, but only one teller. I went in because the ATM would not take my deposit. There was no one in line so I thought I would be in and out. The one teller was helping someone. There were 3 other employees in the back chatting. The line started filling up and aboutv10 minutes later an employee comes to the line to assist. However, this employee starts at the back of the line offering assistance and eventually assists someone wanting to make a deposit. About 5 minutes later, a second employee comes out and talks to me (front of the line). As she is about to assist, she points to the teller and tells me to go there because she was now free. This had been the slowest banking experience in 25 years of banking with BofA.

  They don't have enough tellers working. I own a small business and I don't have time to wait this long to get an amount of cash, and denominations the ATM cannot provide. Can you guys put more tellers on the line to be available for customer service?

  Went to this location with a normal simple request. Was denied and asked to speak to a manager the lady allegedly named "Josie" claimed to be the manager after being beyond rude to me I asked for her card and she said she will get the managers card. What a joke and a waste of time. Walked across the street to Citi bank and they gladly took care of me.

  Do not rely on this bank for business- or probably anything. Deposited a *cashiers check* from a local bank. The next day, the bank placed a nearly 2-week hold on the deposit. I called the branch manager Miguel the next day to see about getting the hold removed, as is usually not a problem. I even put him in touch with the issuing bank, who confirmed validity of the check. My account has never had an NSF or returned deposit. Didn't matter. And while he agreed that the nature of a cashiers check is that the funds are guaranteed, he couldn't/wouldn't explain how that made sense with the hold, or explain why the hold was in place to begin with. All the more frustrating knowing that the bank is earning interest on my business's held funds, while payments to my vendors are delayed.

  This is an absolutely HORRENDOUS Bank of America location! If you have the time to go elsewhere, DO. They make it a point of pride to allow a line of 8 people to wait to be served by a *single* teller although many others sit behind the counter. Better yet they allow two tellers and a supervisor to consistently assist *one* customer. The branch manager should be ashamed of the terrible level of customer service this branch offers their standard customers. (The desks for businesses, loans and mortgages are always staffed and rarely have waits.) Terrible service. Wish I could give a half star.

  Zero stars really. Details: I have an auto payment account there. Went to cash a check, a transaction I've done numerous times before. Had the proper ID. The manager told me there was a dollar limit on the amount I could cash which coincidentally was slightly lower than my check amount. I know this was untrue because I had cashed the same amount twice before at another branch the previous 3 months in a row.

  I've been trying to get a refund on a lost cashier's check for over 3 months now. First, the manager told me I had to wait 30 days, then after 30 days he stated I needed to wait 90 days. Now that over 90 days have passed I've been trying to get my refund for over 4 days and nobody at the branch knows how to refund a cashiers check, they've been "trying" for 4 days now. SMH.

  There is always 1 to 2 tellers working and a always wait. Their excuse is they are short handed. They need to come I with something else , they have been short handed for more than 2 years. Changes need to be made and managers need to step it up and help

  The people that work there are so unprofessional that I felt like I was playing bank with my sisters 11 year old daughter. But that is how they run this bank, whatever idea pops in their head is their policy. If you have a paroll eCheck and want to deposit it and get money back don't count on it. I wasn't to happy about my money being on hold and TOLD I can deposit it on Friday and my money would be available the next day. I went in the next day and was told my payroll check is going to be held till the following Tuesday and that the verification number for my eCheck doesn't matter, I still have to wait till Tuesday. Their name should be Bank Of Armatures. If you like being told when you can or cannot have your money then this is the bank for you.

  I mostly go to another B of A bank but sometimes this on is on my way. As a franchise business owner for 15 years B of A is my bank. But this location the last 2 time s would give me a hard time. First time the complained I have a po box on and not a physical address on my deposit slip, ok I gave the the address even though all my baking mailing is the po box. Next time 2 years later I come to make a deposit they complain that a check made to TOGO's (the DBA under my business name doesn't appear to them. I have been depositing checks printed Togo's in other banks with no problem. They said they will deposit this time but I need to speak with their business associates to update my file. OK fine, this is the last time Ill will bank here due to the incompetence and not working with a business customer. This is a large bank with no one there and only 1 teller. Now I know why! If you are a busy business owner don't waste your time here. They don't know what their doing and can't help you. What a waste of time that was.
