  My experience with Mei-Ling, Lily, and team has been outstanding. They are professional, knowledgeable, and always want what’s best for the customer. I currently have two insurance plans with StateFarm and the team has gone out of their way to help me fully understand my policies and coverages. Their communication and quick response time is something I really appreciate as well.   I met Mei-Ling and State Farm many years ago when she stopped by my business in Redmond . I appreciated Mei-Ling visiting businesses in the community. Being a premier name in the industry, I had a misconception State Farm rates would be on the high end. I was pleasantly surprised at the competitive rates, and proceeded to move my business, auto and home coverage to State Farm. Years later when I purchased an investment property, a quick email took take care of all my insurance needs. Together with Mei-Ling's trusted partner Lily, I receive outstanding service with competitive rates. If I can give six stars on this review, I would!

They ensure (no pun intended), by thorough analysis and routine consultations, that their customers are getting everything they need/want and nothing else. It is a premium product. You get what you pay for. My family has been with State Farm for at least 28 years and Mei-Ling Woo's office for more than 15 years. They will stick with you in good times and in bad. The claims process is smooth and their first concern is your health and safety. I hope we are fortunate enough to continue our coverage for 28 years more.

  I have my car, home, umbrella and life policy with Mei-Ling’s agency for over 4 years now. Everyone at her agency have been super responsive and helpful whenever I reached out for help. Especially Mei-Ling always watches out for her client’s best interest not only in terms of insurance but their holistic financial well being as well.
