  I got my motorcycle loan through Alaska and my experience with the branches has been amazing. I’ve worked with various people from 3 branches (this one included) and everyone has given be the best service possible. Going above and beyond to answer my questions and following up.m The customer service line can be a little frustrating cuz you get a different person every time, but the branches are GREAT. Would strongly recommend to anyone.

  Great staff. Josh and Kenny were awesome. Seems to be a great financial Institution, professional, efficient and competent. We fianaced a new vehicle with them, re-fianianced another vehicle and they even offered insurance needs which saved our family over $600 a year! I would highly recommend Alaska USA for all your banking needs. Go in and ask for Josh, you will not be disappointed! 5 Star Service all around. Thank you

  Great location! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Gladys. She explained all the details and helped me to choose the best refinance option for me. It was a great experience and I will definitely come here again for my future financial needs.

  I got approved for my auto loan with these guys. 2.5% interest rate. They also gave me a 5k credit line and a visa. Great company to do business with. Great interest rates.

  Both branches that state they are open until 7pm don't answer phone calls to the office at 5:30pm.
