Scott Schwerman1Horrible bank. Just because someone doesn’t have an account they refuse to exchange denominations of cash. I’m not asking to cash a check or pull money from an account. I am giving you a bill and asking you to break it for me. No wonder BoA has a bad rap no matter where you go. Glad I don’t live here and definitely will never be a customer of any sorts EVER.

Devin Freese1Average waiting time at least 10 minutes. They only have one teller working most times. I went into to cash one of their checks ,they said they needed to verify funds , ok fine, since I do the deposit for the company I know what's in the bank account. They refused to cash the check, the excuse its a really weird amount 4,500 is a weird amount ? Because I wasn't willing to open a personal account with Boa the refused as well. Thats ok went to my bank Wells Fargo and they no problem at all. Boa needs to bring back the waiting in line for so long they give you $10. Id be rich by now. Update: 3/21/22. I waited in line for 45 minutes for a easy deposit. 45 minutes with one teller, and 3 people walking around doing nothing to help. The 1 teller is the dumbest idea ever. And going to social media to Twitter to report an issue is just plain stupid. Maybe read all the 1 stars on Google. This branch is the absolute worst

Loreta Atienza1Do not go this bank as they only have 1 teller. It is fine if she is the only one but you can see the other staffs passing by. I have no choice but to go to this branch as it is on my way home from work and I need to deposit an employee's check. Every time I go here the line is always long. They do not have hand sanitizers on their counters, that is why I cannot use their pens.

Jim JJ1Worse bank ever!!! Our business never has issue withdrawing cash from another branches but today, we have to ran errands, deciding to come in this bank, has been the worse decision in my life. They wouldn’t let me withdraw money.

Sumit Kalawatia1Refused to notarize my signature claiming the form doesn't have notary language. The reality is that they just don't want to help customers with notary requests. Other BoA branches readily notarize signatures on similar forms. I just got a similar one done in another nearby BoA branch few weeks back. Will never go to this branch again. Even better will move my business elsewhere if BoA doesn't care about their loyal customers.

Jay Burdette1Worst bank branch ever! I have been a Bank of America customer for 30 years. I went in to open an account for my daughter and no one would help at all. I was actually told, they are not opening new accounts today! It was said in a rude snarky manner. This is the worst bank I have ever been to. They have been this way for years at this branch. All you have to do is read the reviews.

Kim Saxen1I have been cashing checks at Bank of America without having a BOA account for 4 years. This has got to be the WORST bank I have ever visited. There is ALWAYS a line no matter what time of day and the staff are HORRIBLE! Because I have been cashing checks for so long I know the routine.... "I would like to cash this check, no I don't have an account, no I don't want to open an account, yes I know about the fee..." Well on December 23rd, reluctantly, I went to this location because it was 540pm and it was the closest to where I was. I waited in line, went up to the teller only to be told I had to wait to see a banker, that it was a policy that anyone without an account needed their check verified.... I waited.... When I saw the banker I asked when this policy started because I've never heard of it she was rude and said I don't know, I just started. After she "verified" my check, I had to go stand in line AGAIN at this point untold the manager that I didn't think it was right I had to wait in line again. His response.... "Well if you don't like it policies, don't come here" The most frustrating part, I went to a different location yesterday and asked about the policy.....guess what.... THAT IS NOT EVEN A POLICY!

PentaPanda1They opened a gold tier checking account without informing me it has a 25$ monthly fee, I never used the account for 3 years, and noticed they secretly charges 25$ fee every month, and charged about 500$ dollars service fees in total for the checking account I never used and with absolutely no activity. They refuse to refund the fees because they say it is written somewhere in the terms on opening the account. If that's how Bank of America treat customers, I'm going to close ALL my Bank of America accounts and migrate to another bank, who want to do business with them if they take advantage of customers like that.

andy olsen1my paychecks are drawn from a boa account. well i have been informed that because i am not an account holder that my checks need to be approved and i need to make an appointment to cash my paychecks. and appointment with a banker, to approve a check written from the same account for more than 10 years. when i complained about the procedure i was told, in a very condescending manor that we have to do this every two weeks until i open an account with them. these people are disgusting.
