  Megan was amazing to work with. She made me feel like I was her only client. It was stressful buying a house of of state, but she made the whole process easy for us. Very prompt to return phone calls and respond to emails. No question I asked was dumb, or at least she never made me feel that way. If she didn’t know something she had no problem finding out the answer and getting back to me quickly. I appreciated her honesty when we had some one off situations come up. I would absolutely recommend her to any friends looking to buy a house.

  Megan is truly a remarkable loan consultant who we have had the privilege of working with twice. Each time presented different challenges for us due to the different types of loans, but with both we can say she was equally as knowledge about them. Her work ethic is impeccable!   My husband and I have purchased and refinanced multiple times over the past 30 years, but Meghan is by far the best loan consultant we have ever worked with. She goes above and beyond on every loan she works on -- she even called us one week before closing to say if we acted fast we could save an additional 1/4 point (which adds up)! I highly recommend Megan for any loan or refinance needs.

  Megan was very easy to work with - she really made what can sometimes be a very labor intensive process be about as smooth as you could hope for. She responded quickly when i had issues or questions, and made it very easy for me to understand some of the numbers and calculations we had to deal with during the process. The e-sign doc portal they used was very user-friendly...i really appreciated that aspect. Her staff and team were also very professional. All in all a very seamless and smooth process. Thanks to Megan and all her team members. Will definitely be calling them up again if and when we need to get the next place. Thanks again Megan !!.

  Meagan was awesome!! She went over and beyond what’s expected of a mortgage lender. I have already started telling my friends and family to choose Meagan when they purchase a home. I am truly thankful for all the hard work she put into helping me get into my forever home. I could not have done it without her!!

  Megan Bissel and Loan Depot were most helpful in refinancing our 2 year old home. We reduced our mortgage payments by $100 per month while also shortening the term of the loan by 3 years. Megan was easy to work with. All went smoothly with the exception of a short delay in the paperwork signing at loan closing.

  I was trying to complete a refinance with cash out from a construction loan. Megan informed me this wasn't allowed when refinancing to a VA loan. However, she tried many different ways to allow me to get as much cash back as possible. She always responded to any of my questions promptly and in detail, no matter what time or day of the week I sent them to her. If you're looking for a great loan officer that works like you're the only customer she has, she would be my number 1 choice. I look forward to doing business with her in the future should the need arise.
