      I do not recommend this location. I have been waiting almost 5 months for some sort of communication in regards to trust accounts, lines of credit, etc. I have sat down with multiple bankers in regards to these and have not received as much as an email or call. They never keep notes of previous meetings if they show up for the meeting, this lead to multiple meetings with multiple people in regards to the same things over and over again with no resolve. Waste of almost 5 months of my time. I will be going with another bank. I do not recommend this bank.

      Stay away from this branch and Regions Bank in the Huntsville area. They will make no effort to help you. I needed a bank signature guarantee on a form and the bank in all of its might could not figure out how to do this. I went to a Regions bank branch out-of-state during a work trip and they did the signature guarantee for me on the spot, in less than 5 minutes. Use a different bank if you need a brick and mortar bank in the Huntsville area.

      Not a great place to bank. Almost two weeks ago now the atm at this location took my money and card and shut down. Turned off completely keeping the card and money. Still have not gotten a replacement card when they said they would send it right away. If you get paid in tips, like i do, and have large amounts of bills when you deposit, you should bank somewhere else. The atm process is super slow, annoying, and now untrustworthy. I try and take it to the tellers to count and out of the three times I’ve tried it, they will roll their eyes and give me attitude that they have to actually do their job and count money. Separate issue 7months later- they shut down one of my accounts and kept the money that I had deposited in there.

      This is the worst bank I’ve ever been to. I literally waited 45 minutes in the drive thru today, and this is a regular occurrence that happens, if not every day, every other day. The tellers do not speak to you and are NOT friendly. They are never in a hurry, and they never apologize for the wait time they have created. If I didn’t have to use this specific location for my employer, I would never use this bank again.

      After my horrendous experience at the University location waiting forever for bankers that did not seem to care they had a line forming in the lobby, I came to Bob Wallace where I was immediately greeted with a smile, there were 3 open bankers ready to help. I sat down immediately with a very friendly teller (I'm blanking on her name) and was on my way in about 5 minutes. I just really wish this location printed debit cards so that Huntsville could finally bulldoze that nasty University branch.

      I would like to start off by saying I've banked with Regions since 2006. I am a Regions Preferred Customer. I want to pull all of my business from this institution due to the lack of professionalism, caring and concern from this particular branch, located at The Shops at Merchants Walk in Huntsville, AL. I discovered yesterday there was something wrong with my debit card as it was declined while I had more than sufficient funds to clear the transaction.. This morning, Saturday-I set off to my local branch off Airport Road, which to my disappointment was closed. I began driving in search of a near by branch that was open to help assist me. My situation is urgent as I'm flying out to Disney in less that 12 hours. I approach the branch at Merchants Walk. The time is 12:04. The door are still UNLOCKED! I enter the building to see the metal screen had been pulled, as they were in the process of finishing up with their last guest, who is still in the main banking area making her exit as I approach. A gentleman lets this lady pass and I address him. I explain to him my card states at the ATM that it has "restricted access." I have already called customer service and am on hold-holding my phone. I continue to express my situation, that I'm about to fly out of state and am in crisis as Regions holds ALL of my money. He tells me "I'm sorry. We're closed." He should have AT LEAST offered to allow me to make a cash withdrawal from inside the branch considering my extreme circumstances. I want to close ALL of my accounts at this institution due to the extreme deficiency of adequate customer service. This one man unfortunately is now the face of Regions to me. All of the years I have been pleased are erased. And to top if off-I'm still on hold with 1-800 customer service number-timer on my phone is sitting at 1 hour 7 minutues and 49 seconds and counting! GOODBYE REGIONS!

      DO NOT USE THIS BANK! Awful experience! I went there on my lunch break to cash a check from a Regions Bank customer. I went to the drive thru, endorsed the back of the check and included my ID for verification. The teller asked if I had a Regions Bank account. I said no. She made me sit there a few minutes and then tells me I have to come INSIDE for them to cash a check for a non-customer.....even though they have a camera on me in the drive thru. What is the difference if I am in the drive thru versus inside? It's not like they planned on taking my finger prints or doing a retinal scan?!? I walk inside and there is 1 teller open and the guy in front of me is doing a local restaurant's deposit. I stand there for another 5 minutes while 10 people come and go thru the drive thru. Finally, I get called to the window by the same blonde teller who waited on me in the drive thru. She takes my check and ID and stares at her computer for another few minutes and then tells me it will cost over $7 to cash the check since I am not a customer. WHY COULDN'T SHE TELL ME THIS BEFORE SHE WASTED 20 MINUTES OF MY LUNCH BREAK AND MADE ME WALK INSIDE??? REALLY....they charge you to cash a check from their own customers?!? I asked her to return the check and my ID. Total waste of time. As I stood there waiting to be helped, I overheard the same blonde teller refusing to allow someone to DEPOSIT money for another member. Apparently, they are unwilling to help customers and non-customers alike. Unbelievable. I will never be a Regions Bank customer!

      I went to this location on Saturday morning to deposit a check. While I was waiting for assistance, Jack asked what I needed & showed me to his desk to complete my transaction. I was in & out in no time! Thank you Jack for your assistance, professionalism & overall friendly demeanor👍🏾
