  The ease of use, online tools and communication has made this an easy process. As a 1st time home buyer, I didn't know a lot about the process and the team at loan depot had the knowledge to let me know what was happening every step of the way.   Megan's communication and information about my loan options were excellent and delivered in a timely manner. I had one or two questions that were promptly answered with data to back it up. This is my second refinance with loan depot, which should say a lot about my past experiences. Megan is an amazing consultant.

  Super loan officer. Seems like we have known him a long time even though we have never personally met: Warm, welcoming voice, professional presentation, knowledgeable, and always available, even on days off. Always responds to our questions “lickety split”. So far, we have had a great experience.

  Cheryl Brunton is the best! No fault at all of Loandepot, my husband and myself have been trying to buy a house for 2 years of more. First house we tried to buy that we invested months in was a short sale and deal fell through. Covid happened and was furloughed . Then we started a new construction that took over a year. Through it all Cheryl has been amazing. She kept the same determination to get us in a house throughout the whole process.She even sent us paperwork on her vacation to get deal done asap. I would recommend her and Loandepot to anyone. Thanks Cheryl!
