Jake Schaefer1The WORST Redstone Branch in existence. Avoid at ALL costs. I could even make a withdrawal because they ran out of change which quite frankly doesn’t even seem like something that is possible for a Financial Institution of this size. No signs or heads up for this either, as they made me wait in a 30 minute line just to get up to a Teller who refused to help with my request.

cody rogers3Why isn’t this establishment handicap accessible? Out of all places that are supposed to serve people and get give them peace of mind they don’t even have a wheelchair as if old people don’t need to get their money out of the bank as well. Maybe one day when they get to be a certain age where they can’t do as much physically or God for bid not be able to walk they’ll understand how important it is do you have something as simple as a provide handicap assistant. Shame on them.. z🦼🦽🦽🦼

We were surprised to hear that you had access difficulty at our South Parkway location. All of our branches and other locations are handicap accessible and equipped with features to assist our members of varying needs. Our South Parkway branch is no exception and, among other things, does have a wheelchair available for use, which our staff is happy to provide upon request. In addition, Redstone offers a variety of alternatives to in-branch service for members who either cannot or do not wish to go inside a branch. Most transactions can be conducted via these numerous other channels, including the Interactive Teller Machines located in the drive-thru at every branch, by calling Member Connect, and through online banking. When you next visit one of our branches, please inform our staff of any needs you may have, and we will be happy to assist you.

Kierrya Daniel5If you have ever felt as if no one cared. These people do. I have had some very bad days, some days that I felt as if I was just here, and those types of days when you felt as if no one cared about what you were going through. Thanks to my call center representative and Kim Hodge; I was able to go and get what I needed to help me. I suffer from diabetes, adhd, anxiety & depression at the age of 29, and it was that one phone call that pulled me out of my river of tears and sorrow. There will be no amount of stars I can give you for what you did for me today. Just know if I could give you all the galaxy I would.

Stephen Wisener3Be Careful if you are a member here. Somehow criminals have gained access AND the ability to call you from one of Redstone Federal credit Union legitimate phone numbers.....a actual business number used by Redstone Federal credit Union! They will attempt to call you and tell you that they are with the fraud department and that they want to verify some purchases made from your account because there were some "red flag" transactions. They will then say did you make a 500 dollar purchase at a Target in "so and so" California......you will say NO then that's when they will proceed to get the ACTUAL information they need to get you money! Be safe, Be aware, and Give NO information unless you are "in person" at the actual Bank. Good luck, and God Bless.

suzystephens2The actual employees are very nice but you better hope you never need assistance remotely. I just held on the phone for 20 minutes after unsuccessfully trying to access the chat feature. Even chat put me on hold! And all I needed was a statement with my name and account number on it so I could set up my account for electronic transfers with another financial institution; they did not have the capacity to provide this. Basically, don't expect services or savings rates of larger banks; RFCU's savings rates are abysmally low.

Brendan Worley5I went in to go and make some adjustments to my accounts, and let me tell you, the people who work here are trained right. I have many Cards at several banks, and have never received such hospitality. A young man with dark hair (Greg I think), was one of the most helpful people people I've ever met.
