  My husband and I have purchased several homes using our credit Union. Tyler and his team were awesome and hands down the best to work with in getting our home. They kept us up to date throughout the whole process AND we closed on time. That was a big deal for my family and because we sold our house and was in transitional housing. Tyler understood the assignment and the process worked out great!!!!!

  The Clear to Close Team came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Every member of the team moved quickly, were incredibly responsive, and made sure I was informed and understood every detail of the process. The team was very honest and up front about everything and were focused on what was best for me, even to the point they were willing to lose my business due to a builder's lender providing incentives outside of what would is rational in today's market. I would recommend to anyone/everyone as this team makes your interests their priority.

  The communication was beyond what I expected. I never had to work about what stage I was on and what was going on during that stage. The process of supplying the documents was easy. They tell you exactly what you need and if you supply it you have no issues. Each person on the team even picked up the phone to communicate if needed.   Anyone looking for a great lender should certainly work with Loan Depot. Like most, I researched several lenders, but Loan Depot was by far the best. Tyler and his staff were available at all times to assist my wife and I. Even during this hectic housing market they could easily be reach through many forms of communication. This team truly cares about helping people move into their home.

  What can I say, I have worked with Tyler Wilson for years even before his loan depot days. His team Is excellent and they do a fantastic job of handling what can be a complicated process.
