  The whole Meadow Creek team has been fantastic being a first time home buyer is always a stressful jump, however the team at Meadow Creek has made this transition as smooth as can be. No matter the supply chain issues impacting the globe. Julie did a fantastic job updating us through out the process. Ryder homes did a fantastic job at getting us on the priority list, helping us designing our home based off the options we chose, and to finally getting us into the home we have fallen in love with. Pros - Attention to detail - Quality of work - LOT SIZE!! I've been searching and Meadow Creek by far has the biggest lot size of any new build Con's - Some delays due to supply chain issues.(Every builder and construction project is dealing with this right now)

  Julie was so helpful! She was very attentive and her knowledge of the homes and their designs was impressive. She allowed me and my partner time to browse the model homes without pressuring us into making decisions on the spot like most sales managers. She was personable and a joy to work with.   Our home buying experience with Meadow Creek by Ryder Homes has been extremely positive so far. The sales agent (Julie) has been a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive throughout the whole process. We especially enjoy her emails with bi-weekly updates on the progress of the house. The project manager during the frame walkthrough was very knowledgable. I will say, the waitlist for Meadow Creek was very long due to high demand, so the priority list was a bit of a challenge to wait to lock in on a house. We are scheduled to close in July and looking forward to our new home!

  Great floor plan options. I honestly could see myself happy with any of the four. And Julie their sales agent has been so friendly and helpful every time we came to look at the models.

  Horrible experience! The “salesperson” was rude and while I was taking notes on availability, she walked away and left the building. I guess they have enough interest so she can do whatever she wants.

  I'm terribly sorry that you had a negative experience. I can assure you that we value everyone that takes time out of their day to visit one of our sales centers. The supply-chain issues have put our entire team and our homebuyers under a lot of pressure, but that is no excuse for rudeness.
