He gave us space to look without being overbearing. He was very knowledgeable and he had the answer to every question we had. Taylor Turner2My girlfriend, my son and I came here to test drive a WRX after just leaving Lithia test driving a charger. I've been buying cars for a long time and I know better than to buy anything without first going home and sleeping on it and discussing the options at home. The salesman we had ignored every single mention I made of me not wanting to make the purchase today. I told him multiple times we had an appointment and we had to leave by a certain time. He brought us into his desk and then kept leaving and going to talk to his manager about pricing. We were about to be late and he gave no care to us about to miss our appointment. He kept telling us to wait at his desk. We eventually got up and walked out and he ended up chasing out of the parking lot and then calling my girlfriend and I multiple times the next few days. We honestly loved the car and may have done business with him but we will never come back to this dealership because of how push this guy was.

Robert Braren4Big organization, so lots of choices, but also lots of cracks. Bought the new 2019 Forrester from them. Lots of miscommunications on the ordering process and when the car finally did come in a few of the accessories I wanted were missing. fortunately for me and this review they gave me an excellent price on the car because of all the confusion and mistakes. Overall given four stars for making up where they went wrong

katie mcgilvary1I love my car but absolutely dread having to deal with the dealership. They don't let us know when our car is ready (several times) and then act like we should have psychically know it was done. Ripped my back seat when the car was detailed. Horrible communication in general.
