  Jason Morales is just the best Mortgage Broker in the business! We had been trying to refinance, I went to all the “big name” lenders, many said they could help, when it became complicated they dropped the ball, I was fortunate to meet Jason, he said he could help, I was skeptical, true to his word he made it happen! We had a very complicated file including an IRS lien I was not aware of. Not only did he work his tail off but he did it with a smile on his face!!! He got us an amazing rate! I recommend Jason to everyone, he is top notch!!!

  I found Scott through my family friend who worked with him for years through a local realtor. She has been telling me for years "If you ever want to buy a home, talk to Scott Lawson!" and boy was she correct. Scott was an excellent resource through the process of procuring our FHA loan to buy our home. He was always available, quick to respond to e-mails and calls, and very reassuring through the very stressful process. He was ever patient with my constant questions and seems extremely knowledgeable about the world of home loans and banking. Scott is extremely honest, tell it like it is, and will give you a great idea right off the bat if what an appropriate loan will be for your family as well as helping you to determine what you can feasibly afford. He seems very focused on great customer service and would call us anytime, day or night, to make sure that our paperwork was done and if something got missed was on it right away to get it corrected. I felt well taken care of, informed, and most of all I trusted Scott through the entire process of our loan. I feel like in this day and age, having that trust, is extremely important for home buyers. I would go back to work with Scott in a heartbeat!   We came into Scott's office three years ago. At that time we did not qualify for a loan. He was encouraging and positive. He gave us sound advise which we followed and I am grateful for because the next time we walked into his office we were approved. Buying a house can be stressful. Scott was honest, totally on top of it, always available and efficient. When we had questions he answered them. When people weren't doing their job he called them. He always called us right back. Fantastic service and professional.

  If you are shopping for lenders and cannot decide who to go with, stop searching and call Scott. Scott helped me purchased my first starter-home (condo) in 2012 using an FHA loan. As a first time home buyer, it was a scary experience, but Scott's knowledge and constant communication throughout the loan process made financing go as smoothly as possible. Flash forward six years, as of February 2018, I needed a conventional loan to purchase my forever home. We told Scott when we needed to close and he made it happen, with days to spare. All costs were communicated up front and the rate was competitive, if not better than other lenders. As a repeat customer, my experience with Scott has always been beyond outstanding. If you need a home loan (with a great rate) or need guidance on how or when the right time is to finance a house, I highly recommend a sit down with Scott. Scott is a no pressure no BS type of person, which is absolutely necessary when you decide to make a large purchase. Don't be afraid or embarrass to be upfront with Scott with all the details of your financial situation. Whether you have good or bad credit, he will work very hard to find a loan that fits your needs or give you guidance on what steps you need to take to get ready for a home purchase. He is extremely knowledgeable on the loan process and works very hard to take the "STRESS" out of financing a home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

  Scott is a seasoned, effective loan officer. He knows his business. He is a hard working, honest and forthright professional. Scott has guided us thru 2 home loan processes, both of which had their share of unique challenges due to our situations. In both cases he was able to find creative ways to accomplish our goals, where I believe a less experienced, less competent loan officer would have struggled to deliver. This is a very important business transaction and you will want Scott on your side. He has a wide breadth of knowledge in this industry. If there is a way to get a loan Scott will find it, and on the best terms available. I highly recommend him.
