  We recently worked with EJ on refinancing our mortgage, and it was hands down the best experience we had working with a broker. EJ navigated us through the process quickly and smoothly, had excellent and clear communication, always willing to help and got us excellent rates for our mortgage. When issues came up, EJ went out of his way to get the information I needed for the refinancing. When I was having problems contacting Tesla, he went out of his way to get a rep on the phone and three way called me to get authorization and the information we needed! EJ definitely goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction and service, and is a excellent asset to his work team. I have already referred him to many of my colleagues, and will continue to do so.   Barrett Financial Group and EJ are the way to go for your mortgage needs if you want great rates and overall costs, speed, clarity, and professionalism. I am a finance professional and I dreaded going through the refinancing process because of the back and forth, opaque fees, and over the top loan advisors. I took a chance on Barrett and EJ and I could not be more pleased. EJ listened to the loan requirements I was seeking and came back with exactly what I needed to make it work. When I had questions, EJ was extremely quick to respond with solid answers. He appreciated that I dissected the proposal! All this was done online (except for a super quick and organized closing).   We didn’t have good credit and nobody could get us approved to buy a home. We had been trying to clean it up but nothing we were doing was working. Then came Team Mac! They got us approved and helped us with how to buy a home. We are so grateful for their knowledge and expertise that helped us sort through the mess of getting approved to buy a home.
