  It was incredible! My application to refinance my mortgage went lightning fast. From the time I called to inquire about recent interest rates to the day I obtained my mortgage, everything went smoothly. There were some snags at the end; some documents were needed before closing, which could have been listed from the start. But overall, I am satisfied with the whole process.

  What I like the most about you business is the staff, Nick Do Carmo and Emily were invaluable! I had a road block in the beginning, but after I weathered the storm they were instrumental in picking up where we left off and went to close expediently. I have a saying from my past occupation which is " you are only as good as your staff " this was true with my experience with Barrett Financial, all 10's.   I had the pleasure of working with Linda Garrett and to say she did a good job is an understatement. She was on the phone with me almost daily, always making sure I was up to date with what was going on. I came to her after attempting a refi of my two properties in March with Guild Mortgage. Guild dragged me along for 8 months and after kicking them to the curb, I tried another recommendation which flat out said they couldn't do it. Linda got it all done in under 60 days with better rates. I highly recommend here for your mortgage needs.

  First off, we are very busy just like everyone else and we don’t have extra resources to spend aimlessly. With that being said, Barret Financial group, specifically Emily was a dream to work with. Emily was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Emily understood that we didn’t have time for BS and was straight and to the point. Very thoughtful and efficient. We did a home refi and it couldn’t have been easier. I will definitely use Barret in the future and hopefully we get to work with Emily again or someone of her high caliber.

  I understand that it may be considered as another just positive review, but when I had applied for a mortgage last time around, it was more than 15 years ago. And now as a self-employed, it seemed to be a straight-forward process, it however wasn't. Mr. Jeff Pickering has provided a professional and thoughtful day-by-day review and assessment of our mortgage application. It did have many admin. challenges, but his perseverance prevailed. I simply thank him for generosity of his time and sense of leadership, he'd shown. I am really hoping that this paragraph of mine managed to simply just touch Jeff's superior performance. Thank you.

  We have worked with Eric twice now, both experiences have been great. The first experience was in Spring 2018 when we purchased our home. He was our Mortgage broker with Barrett Financial and was very attentive to our questions and responded quickly to our request about matching and or exceeding offers from another mortgage company. The biggest difference we noticed was the personal nature of Eric and his customer service skills. He was not pushy to 'sell' us a lock in rate and day. We would have check up calls and discuss what the rates looked like and how they would affect the entire loan, both interest rate and APR. He educated us well and in the end, after closing, he drove to my place of work and personally handed me a check for $500. The second experience we had with Eric at Barrett was for the refinance of our home during the drop in rates as COVID became more of an issue on the economy (sadly). Eric walked us through the entire refinance process and found us an exceptional rate! We are saving well over $300 a month because of his encouragement to be patient and wait for the right day. We still had a lot of questions about the details of the disclosure documents, any fees, cost if we chose to buy down the rate, the interest vs. APR on the loan, what refunds we would receive, etc. He answered ALL of them until we understood and felt comfortable. He also worked well with the lender and notary so we knew what was going on. Cannot praise the communication enough. We are analytical customers, we want to basically know the job so we feel we have every detail exposed and understood and Eric Brasch and Barrett Financial were awesome. They are also 100% willing to meet and beat other mortgage company offers.

  We went to Daryl after we had been working with another company for over five (5) months!!  We quickly completed all paperwork with them and they would always have more that we needed to do.  Finally, we decided we had enough of them.  We contacted Daryl, as we should have to begin with.  The loan took less than 45 days and was easy.  He kept in contact and we never had to "chase" him to get answers to any questions we had.  Obviously, we HIGHLY recommend him.  He will do what he promises and get the job done.  Thank you!!

  We had a great experience with Cody for our re-fi. He was on top of it all the way through. He was super responsive, and knew what he was talking about. He beat our original lender by about $1,000 in fees and that's why we went with him. I'm glad we did. Great service.
