  Cody is a very knowledgeable Mortgage Broker. He has helped me both personally and my clients. I've received great feedback from my clients. He does a great job getting prequal forms, loan status updates, and follows up with you in a timely manner. He is also working hard to get the best rates and locking them in! On a recent personal loan, there was a 1 day window when rates dropped and he locked in at that lower rate. I was impressed. He is always looking out for you! I highly recommend working with Cody!

  Where do I begin, Cody is an amazing person! We originally met him through my son. Cody was the agent that found my son his first home. He was that person that did everything he could for a smooth transaction dealing with a first time buyer. We observed first hand his dedication so we utilized Cody to refinance our home. Same experience a seemless process with Cody, he goes above and beyond. Then my husband and I decided it was time to move out of state, of course first agent that comes to mind is Cody. He listed our home and it sold very quickly. Cody staged an Open House on our home with excellent results. He takes the time to communicate with the potential buyers and provides us with the feedback.Oh and I forgot to mention he was also the agent we utilized on our out of state home. Cody is like family to us, actually better than some of our family. His dedication, perseverance and vast knowledge of the real estate industry is what keeps us coming back.   I honestly can't recommend Cody enough to use as your Lender. From our first phone call, he made the whole process seamless and put me at ease from start to finish. I was working with another lender at first, but felt unsure about the process, I was referred to Cody as someone who would be honest and answer any questions I had with no pressure. I was immediately put at ease by his knowledge and customer service and knew he was the right choice to work with. I also have to mention his processing time to move the loan through underwriting was insanely quick. I found myself signing weeks before I thought.   Cody Cagle is Phenomenal! I reached out to Cody just looking for information on what I qualified for on a home purchase. Little did I know I'd end up being a home owner within a month of contacting him. Cody collected my information and was able to get me pre-qualified within days. After pre qualify, I found a beautiful home in Tempe that I knew I wanted. Cody provided me tips on submitting a solid offer to the seller/listing agent and contacted them on my behalf. My offer was excepted the same day. I'm still in shock with how quickly this all happened, especially in this competitive market.   I would do business with Cody again. He was refered to me by a friend and I let him know I really wanted to buy a house. He walked me through the process and for over a year he was patient working with our random schedule and never complained when we sent a last minute request to see houses. I'm extremely grateful that we are now in our new home.

  Update 1/26/2022 Over a year ago Cody helped us with our refinance. Since then he has refinanced another one of my properties, and was also able to get us a great deal on another investment property. I honestly will not be using another broker for my transactions. Cody was able to explain everything in great detail and with such passion. When I told him I was ready to get another property, Cody said he would make it work, and at this point he might as well be family. He was able to get me a ridiculously low rate, and came up with an idea that saves us more money in the next 5 years on our loan. ************************************************** I had just inquired with a lender I recently refinanced with about the possibility of refinancing another one of my properties. The rate and information they gave me seemed off based on what I was hearing. I reached out to Cody and not only was he able to save me money on 1 property but I ended up refinancing both. My only regret is that I didn't reach out earlier. I will definitely be doing business with Cody again. He is honest, knowledgeable, and always looking out for his clients best interest.

  Cody Cagle is the best loan officer that I’ve ever used! I have done 5 loans with Cody over the past several months. I started out shopping rates and closing costs with other loan officers. A friend suggested that I talk to Cody and gave me his information. I was really impressed with Cody, and with the estimates he gave me. But the thing that impressed me the most about him is that when I called, he answered the phone. For the few times he did miss my call, I heard back from him within a couple hours. Communication has been one of my biggest issues with other loan officers and lenders. It’s frustrating when you're spending hundreds of thousands of dollars and the people you're working with can't pick up the phone to answer your questions or return your calls. I didn't have that problem with Cody. He thoroughly understands the entire home buying process and made things much easier for me. I was working directly with the seller without a realtor and had a couple times where I needed some guidance, which he was able to give me. I also had some issues with a title company and Cody worked with them to get everything back on track. The entire process was very easy, all documents were able to be signed electronically. All loans were closed in less than 30 days from the time I signed the purchase agreements. The fastest was done in about 2 weeks. I referred Cody to a couple friends who both had great things to say about him. I have done around 25 loans, both purchases and refinances, with other lenders. The service and attention Cody provides stands out from the rest. You'll be glad you chose him as your loan officer!
