  I had an excellent experience! Kimberly Kelly - Metro West , Orlando FL was the person who took my call and not only did she kindly answered all my inquiries regarding the new app w credit score but also educated me and alerted me on certain areas I was oblivious to.   My account was recently compromised, and whoever got my debit card spent about $1,150. A lot for someone like me, so the staff went above and beyond to handle my issue in a very urgent and professional manner. I am very grateful for their. Excllent service which exceeds expectations.   Kimberly Kelly from the metro west branch was extremely helpful! I called to ask about loan options and she personalized my experience and helped me apply for a loan that meets my needs.
