If your serious about owning your home this is the place to start. It’s hard work both for you and your advisor (mostly your advisor:-) but you have to do your part or it won’t work. Like I said if your serious about buying a home but your in need of help, This is the place. I wish I could give it 10 stars

Deneva Sheppard1-0 STARS Slum Lords I live in LWR & and they won’t fix the things they said they would fix when I signed the lease, they’ve called me a liar on several occasions and they don’t abide by the lease They came into my home with no notice. Covered up mold with paint and does bad handy work. Has no respect for the tenant and family. I definitely agree with the lady below As they are very very horrible people & no need to respond to my post because I took the first one off thinking you guys cared after you agreed to carpet replacement, but after seeing again you don’t care because you have yet to replace the carpet in which we agree upon 3 months ago..I’m reporting to the BBB
