Greg D1The peak of unprofessional. Tried to open an account online. All worked fine until it couldn't be verified. Called the actually helpful call center and was asked to visit a branch to verify identity. Cool, I'll do that first thing Monday and bring ID. Monday at the branch starts well but ends horrifically. Teller asks me to sign a blank digital screen to close the accounts. A blank screen. Then she shows me her screen and says "you can stare at this all you want but you have to sign the pad". Stare? Seriously? Stay classy Florida. Update: I will not be contacting the reviews@ email address. I have taken my business elsewhere.

Vibrant Junglist1I have been with Suncoast for years so when I eventually needed a small loan of a few hundred dollars for an unexpected emergency, it literally took them almost a month to do it. By the time they went through with it, I was worse off than before. I should have just gone to amscot instead but I figured my own bank would be better. It wasn't! I'm closing my account.

Tank Girl1Ever since that stupid poker room opened next door there is no parking available!!!! Y'all need to reserve parking spots for banking only! Driving around for 20 minutes to stand in line for another 20 min because only one person is working. Go to another location if you can!!! Ridiculous!!!

Nick14 people working, 3 standing around talking, 1 teller actually working. 3 customers standing in line waiting. One of the employees then tells us there’s an iteller outside you can use. I’ll go to the Fruitville location that’s out of my way before I return to this location.

Denise Schneider2Not enough locations anywhere. They close earlier on a Friday than most banks. Now it's Saturday all the drive-through foreclosed and I do need to make the deposit I can never get to the bank I'm going to have to switch Banks

Eugene1Very unprofessional. Suncoast does a hard pull on your credit w/out notifying you. Half of my member application is misspelled. Its the worst feeling ever when you are in process of opening a financial account and already regretting it. If they cant get this right, how can I trust you with my money? Update: Sent to email address as per response from the 'Owner', sent an email via secure portal ... Nothing ... Sad place to bank :/

Punto Medio5It is for me the best location of the suncoast credit union in all of florida and that is thanks to its workers. I explain to you why I say this, I have been trying to solve a problem with my account through the telephone service for a month and nobody was able to help me and thanks to the fact that the bank was reopened in this place thanks to a young Puerto Rican who attended me in a very professional and very friendly. In just 20 minutes he solved all my problems and I left 200% satisfied thanks to his service. I am still in this wonderful bank because I was very upset by the service they had given me over the phone. This young woman who can't remember her name restored my faith in my bank. thanks to her I give them 5 stars and I would give her 10 stars for her service Es para mi el mejor local del suncoast credit union en toda la florida y eso es gracias a sus trabajadores. Les explico porque digo esto llevo un mes tratando de resolver un problema con mi cuenta mediante el servicio telefónico y nadie fue capaz de ayudarme y gracias a que se abrió de nuevo el banco en este local gracias a una joven puertorriqueña que me atendió de forma muy profesional y muy amable. en tan solo 20 minutos resolvió todos mis problemas y salí 200 % satisfecho gracias a su servicio fue que sigo en este maravilloso banco porque estaba muy molesto por el servicio que me habían dado por teléfono. Esta joven que no recuerdo su nombre me devolvió la fe en mi banco. gracias a ella les doy 5 estrella y a ella le diera 10 estrellas por su servicio
