  my wife and i were trying to close on a home loan and came up a little short. our mortgage company was in west phx. but we currently live in mesa. unfortunately our only option was to get a loan on our car since time was crucial. my wife and i , along with my one year old left the mortgage company planning on getting a tittle loan real quick. we had all the paperwork needed with us since we were trying to close on this house. now our car is a little older with high miles on the odometer, but it has 5000 miles on a custom drive train , thousands spent on custom wheels , paint ,stereo and every thing else it needed to become almost new once again. we stopped at six , yes six tittle loan companies between phx. and mesa and not one of them could see past their little black book pricing guide. i could have gotten better offers for my speakers at a pawn shop than they were offering on my whole car. i couldnt believe it! still cant. we rolled into maximum about ten minutes before they closed. our frustrations had turned to anger hours ago, hot , tired and about to give up on all of it. we plead our case to a lovely woman named shawna [who was about to go home herself] but instead of ending her long day she listened to my problems and looked outside the box for solutions, she did her thing and was able to get us approved for the amount we needed. double the highest previous offers ! i needed only to return in the morning with an item i was missing and finish this thing. the next morning i was there bright and early eager to close this. shawna was not there! instead we were greeted by another lovely young lady named corina. corina not only greeted us by name but was aware of our situation and had everything ready to go. her professionalism and knowledge of her job had us in and out in a matter of minutes. she even took time entertaining my 1 year old daughter. in order to be as ready as she was these two ladies must have collaborated the night before , after hours, on their own time to fit my schedule. that really says alot! you just dont see that kind of dedication much . not only do i recommend the ladies at maximum on gilbert rd. in mesa, my wife and i appreciate your efforts and truly thank you for helping us out. if they worked for me id give them both fat raises and company cars! LOL

  Megan was super friendly, she explained everything in a way I could understand which took all the anxiety out of getting a title loan. She's the best!

  This place is a complete joke. So first i sat in their office for 90 min with a appointment. Then i was asked to take my title down to a 3rd party motor vehicles office a get a lean on the title and then come back. I got a 2000 dollar loan paid 450 back in 3 months then went over to pay off and i was told that the total was 2040 confused but paid it back in February and here we are June 11 and sill have not received my title. Called their office and the tell me the title was released back in March and tell me that i have to take it up with the motor vehicles. So now i have to take my time and money and go down there to get it back. Poor customer service. I will NEVER use or recommend this place to anyone.

  Patrick, once we release the title it is out of our hands. Good for you for paying off in a timely manner. I wish there was something we could do to help with the title situation.

  They were the most pleasant and happy ladies to work with. They listened to what we had to say, answered all our questions in detail and stayed late to finish our business. I fully recommend this location, best customer service I have had in YEARS!

  I first came in and left , wasn't comfortable, but ! Christina and Corina double C'z made me feel comfortable let me share my concerns and apprehensiveness, and I left with enough money to get my bills and family emergency taken care off......... love my experience thank you ladies and Maximum Title Loan, Mesa.......
