  I highly recommend Kimberly and her team (Amy and Amber) to anyone needing a mortgage. As an investor, I recently wrote six mortgages with Max Mortgage and won’t go anywhere else. They have encyclopedic knowledge -- never late and never a document missing. They’ll work hard to customize what’s best for your situation. Kimberly also has a wealth of knowledge in both mortgages and real estate and is always willing to share information and help. I learned a lot and had a good time doing it!!

  I have used Kim and Amy since the early 2000's. Kim helped my buy my first home and many since then. This company is honest and they treat every customer like they are their only customer, which is so hard during these extremely busy times.   Kimberly has done 2 home loans for me and they were both wonderful experiences. I worked with Kimberly over 20 years ago on my first home loan and recently I bought another home and did not think of working with anyone else (thank goodness). Both of these loans were done remotely since I was out of state making the process more complicated. She asked for me to provide documents and information and then she did all the work and it did not require a lot of my time but, she l did let me know when she needed information and both of my loans went off seamlessly. Her office staff is great her processor Amy is knowledgeable and Amber made sure that I was taken care of each time. Thank you Max Mortgage for helping me get my forever home.

  Thank you so much to Kim from Max Mortgage. She helped us with our loan. At first sight place was clean, she was professional, friendly, as well as knowledgeable. My husband and I are first-time hime buyers and didn't understand a lot of the information that was presented to us, but Kim was patient and explained things to us. Even explaining things again so that we really got an understanding. A few weeks after we bought our home she even sent us a gift. Its been months since we closed on our home and I had a question and she still took the time to again explain things to us. And to help us so that in the long run we wouldn't suffer from taking the wrong steps. Im so glad she helped us.

  As someone who has went through this process several times, I will say Kim Faulkner is top notch. She is direct and straight forward about what needs to be done to close a house. Sometimes she had to give us news we weren’t thrilled to hear, but she was ALWAYS honest. Fortunately, we closed because she was correct about her assessment. Thankfully, she didn’t tell me lies to get me to believe things that were not true as had happened with other companies in the past. She lays the plan out exactly as it needs to be done and when I followed it I closed. She was able to help us get in a house while multiple other companies couldn’t. Go with Kim.

  They are a joke. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I was a 1st time home buyer so this while thing was new to me. At first Kim was very helpful trying to explain different forms and what all the different things mean. But then something changed and both Kim and Amy would talk to you like you are stupid. My realtor and good friend stood her ground with Kim and had my back and got cussed out for it. Kim even told me to "Put a muzzle on my realtor and that I needed to HANDLE her" Incredibly unprofessional! I wouldn't recommend either of them to my worst enemy. Yes they got us in a house but we almost pulled out of the loan multiple times due to the rudeness and disrespect from both of them. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY REASON!!!!

Kim has taken on loans that had been denied at other mortgage companies and she GOT THEM DONE! I call her the lending GURU because I can ask her anything and she can give me the right answer every time.
