  Omg,there is not a bank like this one the girls,GRISELDA AND SUSANA are so helpful if you have any questions or you just want to ask how they can help you get a loan they will answer and even help you through the process,not all the banks have nice and helpful people like them thank you USE BANK

  This credit union is awesome! Nikki made the process so easy and she was willing to answer any questions I had and spend time with me until I understood everything I was signing. I've never had anyone like her at a credit union. Five stars for sure!!

  For the past four years this credit union has gone downhill. I have found the new employees to be incompetent, rude and clueless. I am working to separate myself from this credit union. Look elsewhere if you want competence.

  We have been with this credit union for several years now. We have been very please with the level of customer service we have received. When it comes to the security of your account, they truly care and will not treat you like a number. Their security department is "on it"! The times that someone has gotten "my number", they have quickly secured it. I will go for a little incovenience and a phone call rather than money out of my account that I'm not spending myself!

  Do not conduct business with this Credit Union, especially with Kimberly Tiger. She will lie to you, treat you like you are a criminal and an alien. I deeply regret coming to this place and allow this terrible woman to assist me. She was so unprofessional and she talks down on me like I was there to beg for services. Stay away from this credit union, especially this horrible Kimberly Tiger......she is lucky I gave this a 1 star review.

  We have financed 3 vehicles through USE Federal Credit Union and we love them! They offered great incentives to refinance through them and we were also able to get really low interest rates on our auto loans! We highly recommend them.

  We've been a member of this USE Credit Union for many, many years - They are the BEST! When we moved to Georgia some 20+ years ago, we stayed with the credit union, they were a part of our family and had assisted us through many financial needs over the years in raising our family. A Special Thanks - I don't know what we would have done without you all.

  This credit union is by far the best credit union you can join. They offer the best interest rates on loans in the business and very forgiving if your credit is not in the best shape. My credit score now is in the mid to high 700's thanks to USE credit union.Tinker credit union and other CU's like Weokie are very strick and won't loan any money unless you have a high score or have been with them for a long time. Thanks again USE !!

  Everyone is always extremely helpful and friendly at the branch on Northwest Expressway. When my mother passed away, they helped me process all the details. I recently went in to get something notarized and the lady was so friendly. Great group of people!
