  Great experience purchasing a gun from this store. They shipped the gun the day I purchased it and my FFL received it a couple days later. Really appreciate Chris giving me a follow up call to ensure I received a mobile receipt.

  Don't buy anything from here. If it doesn't work they will tell you there is no refunds even if your trying to return it the same week you bought it. They are crooks!

  Best pawn shop in OKC, they have always given me a better price for the items I've pawned, tried other pawn shops and the store on 10th and MacArthur has hands down give me best price of any store I went,they also will work with you in every way possible to not lose your property and get it back

  NEVER BY JEWELRY FROM HERE! I bought a ring from them thinking I was getting a good deal. Now I am a VERY trusting person and almost too trusting, so now knowing ANYTHING about rings or their value I saw a ring I liked (very minimalistic, as I don't like big rings) for only $79! I was ecstatic. Until I got broken up with and no longer want the engagement ring because who wants to keep something that meant so much. Anyways I go about multiple pawn shops who all give low prices so I choose to see what they would give me, and I mentioned I bought it there. They said $12. The highest anyone went was $22. I guess I'll just keep my worthless ring and wear it on my thumb.

  I have been doing business here for a long time along with the guy i use to live with. He always uses them. I bought a tv and paid over $300 for it and had it for a little over a month and it powers off on its own. I called to see if was anything thry could do. All they could do was say sorry nothing they can do. Looks like EZ pawn is getting my business back. At least they do something in the first 60 days . smh so sad

  I was a faithful customer for close to 4 years, never late on pawns and had what I termed as a good working relationship. This changed when the hired Chris, who is now unfortunately in a managerial position. The information he tells you regarding anything will change on a whim, or depending on his mood. A terrible shame they hired this individual, as their customer service before was spot on. They were always willing to help money wise, and sell things at good prices. However, for me, Chris is a non starter. Be careful who you deal with here.

  I am an Appliance Service Technician and I was in need of a high quality Multimeter at a very affordable price. I have driven by Extra Cash Pawn several times in my travels and I thought that I would give it a try. Upon arrival I was immediately met by young man named Bono. I explained my need and he hooked me up with an excellent and truly affordable Multimeter. Bono gave me world class service. I am so pleased that I went there. The store is exceptionally well organized, clean and well stocked. This store is very well managed. I would highly recommend this location. For best results ask for Bono! Thank You, Leo P.S.
