  Great service! The salesperson was knowledgeable and helped me find a rocker recliner that fit me! I'm short so many recliners are too big and don't support my back. A year later, it is still very comfortable. Thank you!

  Came in today and worked with Tim and Chico. They were awesome! This is the second time I worked with Tim and he remembered us from last time as well as my friend’s dog. I will come back and ask for them again. I got a bed, adjustable base, and entertainment center. I need bar stools and recliners and he helped me look at them even knowing I’m still kind of looking. Great service and great prices. Easy and a good experience.

  Great experience, the new mattress is wonderful and the entire experience was refreshing. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and made the process a joy. The new Distribution Center where we picked up mattress is also very impressive, the person who loaded it into truck did so in less than 5 minutes and had it tied down as well. Overall great experience i highly recommend Factory Direct. Great store, quality, prices, and customer service.

  Bought a chair and a half and ottoman spent about 1k. The fabric started pilling within the first few months. I called and talked with someone they had me submit pictures. Then said they turned it over the the repair department and they would get in touch with him.. its Beene months and nothing. Sent another email and no reply.. I’d say you get what you pay for but i feel this was a high priced purchase and for it to look so worn in less than 6 month is ridiculous.

  Very good experience. Blessen was very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He took his time, didn't act rushed, and answered my numerous questions. The delivery was good as well, just one minor ding, which was resolved quickly. I would recommend Mathis Outlet to anyone.

  Great experience! The lady who sold me the sectional was attentive and helpful. Movers called before they came. When they showed up they helped me figure out best placement of the couch. They were very nice. Then I got a call after to make sure everything went ok! All around great experience from start to finish!
